The hotel was nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It right next door to the hospital so we heard a lot of ambulances but that’s not the hotels fault.

Staff are very welcoming and nice right from the lobby, especially Jeini, the first front desk agent that checked me in. She was very nice and friendly. The EVS staff come around daily and clean my room. I needed to extend my stay so l keep the same hotel because l am happy and feel safe there.

Staff is outstanding, breakfast was perfect, rooms are very clean, pool was very clean, and they were very responsive when and if anything occurred like the ac stopped working so they immediately switched us to another room when fixing it wasn’t an option. I will always stay here if possible or needed.
