Upon booking this apartment we found the building. Upon walking through the door that was already open we were greeted by what can only be described as some sort of drug offender rehabilitation housing unit. We climbed the two floors to our room and that’s when it got really bad. The room was like the size of a store room. Filthy, damp, smelling. The shower had a hole in the centre with no cap big enough for your foot to go down. The room was also freezing cold , then to the bed where we found an infestation upon discovering this we just left and went to stay in the pub just down the road. Utterly disgusting that a hovel like this can be used in this manor. I am going to forward this to to the council licensing department as a damp and timber surveyor I have the intention of getting this premesis shut down this should never have been advertised on hotels.com

what you see advertised is not what you got it smelt of cat urine as you entered the property it was dirty throughout the bed in the room was falling to pieces we had to literally make the bed safe to sleep inthe walls were filthy with mould and cracks everywhere the floors were rotten as in need of replacing and dirty .the only plus side to the stay was clean bedding and towels which we never used as the shower was filthy aswell.no curtains only blinds which were dirty with mould.would definitely not be returning nor recommend to anyone

A little overpriced.
The final email re instructions on how to get through the front door and then the room were not sent, which delayed me quite a bit. Note to cleaners: check the small bin in the shower room is empty. I had an unpleasant suprise... Room 3 was quiet (thank you!) even though the property - unnamed on the outside - is on a busy, noisy road. A little over priced, on balance.

No details sent until I pestered them for check in codes, then told they had double booked and I’d been moved to a room at opposite end of town with a shared bathroom. Turned out to be a student place that was noisy all night, constantly queuing for bathroom then one toilet didn’t work. This was NOT what we booked but didn’t even get an apology let alone a discount/refund. Disgraceful.
