The rooms are horrible especially with hygiene. There’s a nasty smell and the carpet looked gross. The rooms are very small and the bathroom had spider web. I will never go back.

The main building and the pool area were nice; however, we were there for only one night and both the slide and splash pad area were closed. The indoor pool and hot tub are closed for renovations. We were not informed about that beforehand. The rooms were totally unacceptable. While decorated to be kid friendly, the rugs felt wet. The bathrooms were disgusting. I felt dirty while showering. We chose to stay here for our first night in Lancaster due to the proximity to Dutch Wonderland, but we were all excited to check out and move on to our next hotel. We will not be back.

This property never has all of its amenities working splash pad/ pools. Outdoor pool is always freezing no matter the weather. Staff and Lifeguards are rude and make their own rules depedning how they feel. I have videos to back my sayings up. There was nothing really to donhere. I always have a great experience staying at the Cartoon Network Hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have activities for the kiddos throughout the day and it’s conveniently next to Dutch Wonderland.

Adventure Time
This was our families second Summer Camp Island at Cartoon Network Hotel. The pool side rooms with bunk beds are perfect for families. My 7 year old twins love that there own bunk bed each have a T.V. The hotel is next door to Dutch Wonderland and a 40 minute drive to Hershey Park. There are also fantastic food options all within close proximity to the hotel. So younare not driving all over the Steven Universe. The pool was clean, and the Lifeguards get Ben 10 stars out of ten! The only downside to our stay was the waterslide was not working, no fault of the hotel. The arcade and firepits at night are great to keep all your little Gumballs and Teen Titans occupied until bedtime! As long as my kids want to keep going back, we will be having Adventure Time at the Cartoon Network Hotel!

Check in experience was horrible. The room I booked, was not available. The shower was tight and needed additional cleaning. The indoor pool was out of service and the outdoor pool slide was not operating either. For the cost of the hotel, it was not worth it. I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone. Very upsetting trip.

after driving and hour and forty minutes for my sons last vacation of the season and learning that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance I was extremely disappointed as it was a very breezy day in August and too cold for the outdoor pool. On top of that the dinner was closed as well. I will say the man that checked me in was very understanding of how I was feeling but overall I felt like the one night stay was a waste of my money and the hotel should have sent out a blast email letting people who were booked know that the pool would not be open.

For the price and location I believe this was a pretty good trip and stay. I would've liked to know prior to arriving the indoor pool was closed for service. Other than that very helpful staff! The kitchen experience was great, yes you have to pay out of pocket but the ladies serving us were very nice and helpful. Efficient team members. Bonus points: I left a very important clothing article and the staff assisted me to retrieve it. If I had to stay in this area I would stay here again. Thanks!

Great in concept, but not in execution. The indoor pool was closed, the slide for the outdoor pool was closed, the coffee shop was out of nearly every flavor, the floor in the room was disgusting- turned our kids feet black after a few minutes of walking around, the restaurant is closed for whatever reason so the food options were limited, the breakfast was buffet- no other options- and an overpriced buffet at that, and as far as “character appearances” we saw Darwin the fish 2x in one day and that was about the extent of it. Definitely feel like we were robbed.

Waste of a vacation.
The indoor pool was closed. Never mentioned it when I booked. The outdoor pool was crowded and the slide was closed the entire time. The air didn’t work properly room was hot. Turn down service was terrible. Outside fire pits ? They had three. Terrible. Arcade said 24 hours and was closed by 7 one of the days. There was no dinner service or restaurant only a buffet breakfast. The only good thing was Dutch wonderland discount.

The Hotel was very creative with a activity schedule for the children !!! They also had their own arcade and store, which i appreciate!! The rooms was very nice and creative as well . I would recommend better pictures on the Cartoon Network Hotel site of the pool, outside area, ect.

This was our second stay at Cartoon Network Hotel. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room, however was borderline gross. Our room had stained bedding, large yellow stains on the curtains and a similar thick, huge streak of yellow down the window shade. There were crushed dead bugs speckling the white walls. We didnt mind the spiders in the bathtub- it happens- but generally upkeep of the facilities is sketchy. We chose the hotel out of others bc of the option of an indoor pool and bc my daughter likes the outdoor pool slide. Unfortunately, during our stay, the indoor pool was closed for refurbishment (not indicated when we reserved) and the water slide for the outdoor pool was shut down multiple times.

We come here every year now for our sons bday in June. This year was underwhelming. Things changed like the characters didnt come out to the pool. They didnt have the outside movie at night. The arcade was changed and the make your own characters stations were gone. I dont know whats going on but for the price should definitely change to match what you get now.
