Girl working the front desk at checkout was much less than professional. I’m not even going to get into all the things she was doing as I tried to get checked in. I know it’s tough finding help theses days, but you have to do better.

Dont recommend

The room we were in, if you wanted a shower. You were taking a bath as well, water well over my ankles. The door to the room didnt close unless you pushed it shut completely. Sticky drawers. The water in the lobby has some type of slimy mess inside the water. Customer service was nothing special, front desk was always out smoking.

Room was almost in excellent condition other than dirty and stained carpets. This was important to mention beacuse we had a 1 year old and his legs pjs & socks were so dirty after walking and crawling on the carpet. The pool i went to use at about 8ish and went to the front desk to get help to turn light on & he was so kind and helpful but after a few steps in the pool holding the baby a questionable poop like object in 2 places in the pool immediately left to our room and i washed up, thankfully. Yah disappointed about not checking on the pool ever so often for cleanliness and lots of wrt towels all over on chairs and racks

Magic

The room was clean the breakfast was good. But our room was broken into while we were at breakfast our last day there. We went and reported it and supposedly there was nothing they could do. They couldn’t even look on the camera to see who went into our room. Them magically our belonging showed up on our bed after we took all of our stuff to our vehicle. We went back to double check and magically it was back. They said because it was returned we couldn’t look at the cameras. So it had to be an employee or the person I talked to.
