The staff here were very friendly. Upon check in, I was informed that our room was upgraded to a suite. What a great surprise. The room was clean. The night was quiet. My husband and I had a great night sleep. Breakfast included eggs, sausage links, make your own waffles, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt. The hotel also offers coffee and tea all day long. I would stay here again.

We visited from Philadelphia. The staff was amazing, kind, friendly and accommodating. The beds, were clean, comfortable, and the room was big. We had two double queen rooms . Each room had two queen beds, a sectional with an ottoman, a small leather chase with drawers. A Flat screen/with some cable channels, a ton of outlets, a microwave, refrigerator and nice size bathroom. The hotel has a pool ( small) but clean and has chairs and a tables. A gym(small) free breakfast. You have to make your own waffles but everything else they provide. Scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Toast, english muffins, juice. They have 24 hr coffee & tea station. The pool & gym closes at 10pm. Quiet time from 10pm to 8am. I love that! Close to all the restaurants. Texas Roadhouse, longhorn steakhouse, red Robin, IHOP, Coldstone, Applebee's, Aldi's...... This location has outlet stores to shop. 15 minutes away from the Amish farmers market, buggy rides . It's a perfect location.

Staff was very nice, respectful and polite. The owner/ manager could use better rapport and he should be more accommodating. Still polite and respectful just needs a more friendly tone Hotel is nice hidden spot but ppl upstairs kept running around and making noise late into late tons of families with small children so lots of hallway noise and pool was super crowded Nothing against the hotel itself Just keep in mind if visiting during Labor Day weekend

Very clean and the 10 - 7 quiet hours are great. Plenty of breakfast choices and all good. All staff personnel were pleasant and always smiling. Indoor pool was a little small but not really a problem. We would be happy to stay again.

We stayed here for an entire week while visiting friends and family. Everything is extremely close. They made it easy to exchange linens and towels whenever we needed. It got extremely crowded the last couple of days because of the holiday, but the breakfast buffet stayed stocked with food and everything was hot! I was impressed. I would recommend staying, and will stay again.

Bad sleep
Our room’s alarm clock went off at midnight and woke up my whole family. The couch was also dirty with some questionable substance on it. We also had a street light right outside our window and the curtain didnt block it. Pretty bad night’s sleep!
