Perfect stay from start to finish! Fast, easy, professional check-in. Free water supplied with in room fridge. Room was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable, great climate control, amazing architecture with exposed brick and beams, high ceilings. Copious hot water in the bathroom. Free coffee in the morning was quite good. Rooms mostly quiet but avoid nearest the elevator if chatter disturbs you. The restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended for dinner! Cozy lobby with fireplace is a great meeting spot. Easy effortless checkout. Front desk gave great breakfast recommendation, loved The Neotune Diner, thank you!

Arrived to a locked door, had to had a guest let us in after waiting for a while. Once inside the front desk had a sign up saying they will be right now but it was about 10-15 mins later. Room was beautiful but whoever or whatever was on the 4th floor above our room was doing laps last night & you heard every single step like they were about to fall though the ceiling. It was happening throughout the whole night. Woke us up every single time.

The second bed was very lumpy and soft and uncomfortable. I had stayed three years ago and it was wonderful but this last stay hotel looked as though it is getting fatigued. Not as clean and you could use a better courtesy coffee bar. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Thanks

Our room was by the elevator. It was so loud all night that we hardly got any sleep. We were so exhausted from that, so we decided to get cozy and watch a movie, but you can only get cable tv! Never heard of such a thing in a hotel. It was a totally frustrating experience. Won't be back.

Room was in annex, not main hotel. Not aware that I was booked there. Guests smoking at entrance to annex. Smoke smell got in hallway of annex and I had to walk past smoking guests. Bathroom was too dark. Supplied toiletries were very masculine scented. Parking was inconvenient.

There was no tea/coffee in the room and only a thermos of hot water in reception for a few hours each morning. Milk had to be purchased . The restaurant was not open so no breakfast available. Very disappointing.Will not be returning.
