Disappointing stay

AC unit did not work, all 3 nights. Broken unit and could not be fixed. Was there for wedding so I had no time to move stuff to another room. Bathroom vent didn’t work. Room 405. Also room 407, ac unit could not be set to constant fan so it kicked on and off all night long. I did let Trish know of the issues, I was hoping she’d reach back out with a resolution before leaving but, she did not.

The hotel was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Going into the room we smelled it musky. The vents in the bathroom were full of dust. We decided to go to the hot tub and the clorine smell was so strong that it burned our eyes and made my lungs feel congested. The only good thing was the fire pit outside. It made the night pleasant.

Our Lancaster PA vacation

The room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and, with a side deployed wheelchair lift van, we're always needing space. They actually had a couple of van accessible handicapped spaces near the front door that were exactly what I need! Without those spaces, I would have to ask someone to back my van out enough so that I can deploy the lift! I drive myself although I sometimes let my Beloved husband drive. 😉
