Bed was beyond uncomfortable, room was outdated, no alarm clock, refrigerator didn't work, carpet was dirty, toilet ran all night unless i took the tank lid off and adjusted the chain. Very overpriced for a dump

The property was old and in great need of updating. When you have a sign in the bathroom giving you directions to watch the water level in the toilet and turn off the water if it starts getting high...that is a clue!

Stayed for a week and when i asked for them to clean the room only 2 times they only cleaned obe time. Toilet leaked and woyld reflush itself. Bathroom sink did not drain properly.

The staff was incredibly rude during check in. We were told we could check in at 1pm, but the staff members were yelling at my partner when he tried to check in at 230pm. This place also doesn’t look like it’s been updated in ages - The pictures online definitely do not look like how the property actually is. Super disappointed.

Tv did not work and we were told they could not fix it until the next day when we were scheduled to leave. The head of the shower fell off when one of my friends was taking a shower.

For a one night stay it's just okay. I would not stay again, but if you're trying to save some money this worked but I would not stay more than 1 night. Carpets in hall were gross. Rooms had been redone, no carpets which was good, but on toilet was a handicapped handlebar which we would not even touch it looked so gross. Toilet made noise off & on all night, but the person at front desk was very kind though.

Walking around the room turned my white socks black. The overall condition was good otherwise. The beds were not comfortable to sleep in, but we are older and require a bit more softness. The continental breakfast could have had a few more choices. So, we would not return to stay as other hotels in the area comparably priced have been better.

I didn’t know I would be charged 2x for my room and then have to wait 5-10 business days for it to come back. The bed was dirty, I always check for bugs and I noticed a lot of dirt and hair left in the creases and on the box springs. It was very noisy starting at 5am and didn’t let up. Not a good experience for me.

Never checked in at the hotel. But they still charge me for a stay that I never checked into their hotel. They charge my card before I left my destination. I wasn't in person, I opt to pay upon arrival. That sucks that they didn't wait. Did call The person that answered the phone from the Days inn wasn't listening and hung up on me. Wasn't satisfied at all with the customer service! They never heard my explanation of not or reason why I did not check in. Person that was at the counter that I was talking to kept telling me about a manager coming. I believe with all my heart that I was talking to the manager and they just didn't want to refund my money. So further action is being taken. So right now I pretty much have a bad taste in my mouth about this hotel!
