Fantastic accommodations for an overnighter
My husband and I got a day and night away from our teenagers for the first time in years. This hotel was fantastic! The lobby is fancy and beautiful. The large gathering room was our view from our window, which was nice. There was an event happening in the evening but it wasn't loud. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was spacious. The jacuzzi tub in the room worked nicely. Everything in the room was extremely clean. We didn't use the pool this stay, but we have in the past and it's clean and huge. The people at the reception desk were pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was that we couldn't get the temperature of the room down to a very comfortable level. It was one of those warm November days and this was an interior room, so I can understand. Overall, I highly recommend!

Nice place but not sure would stay again
nice place and beautiful presentation as you walk in. One defect was there was no coffee offered FREE in the lobby other than a few pods that were in the room. Our bad about not realizing that breakfast was not included which cost $15 a person! Staff was very cordial. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Bathroom was in a bit awkward position and once in a while there as a slight sewer smell.

Definitely wasn't as good as our last stay. The beds were absolutely horrible, sunken spring mattresses insanely uncomfortable. The room was meh, but the whirlpool was clean which was a huge plus. The website said there was room service, which there was not. The menu refused to let us have menus and call in our order, so there was a lot of back and forth. Just a lot of work for the price I feel, and not even a continental breakfast or anything. The pool is great for the kids, but I expected the great stay we had the last time we came here and we just didn't get it. If you have small kids and come here for a little family stay, just go across the street to McDonald and save yourself the money and the headache.

Our room smelled musty. Also, wanted to make you aware the side entrance door was propped open with a rock when we came in last night around 11:00 pm. Two people were sitting outside quite a ways from the door. Just wanted to make you aware that this is happening. Otherwise everything was great!

Hotel is beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The landscaping around the hotel is beautiful. Well lighted at night. Lots of places to walk. Rooms were not that expensive. The pool area inside was just the right temperature. Very large clean pool. It was a great time. The food in cafe 24 was very good. Unique. Large portions.
