We arrived to find a used tooth flosser and drink rings on the nightstand that were not cleaned. Additionally the refrigerator was also not cleaned out from the previous customer. The gentleman was at the front desk was quite pleasant. We were trying to save some money by going with this facility over more brand named chains but will not do that again.

Simple, But Affordable
Very good service from the friendly front desk staff. Simple breakfast - juice, cofee and bagels. Wish the wi-fi worked in the rooms, and better tv would be nice. No major problems, and it was a great price!

Not bad
If you go in with the correct expectations, you will not be disappointed. It appears to be family owned and run. It was a clean and comfortable with considerate service. Breakfast was basic/cold breakfast. Overall, I was actually pleasantly surprised With everything considering the age of the hotel. It was good for our overnight stay on a road trip.

Have stayed here a few times. A bit run down and needa a few updates and new showers. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room had a very musty smell, but appeared clean for the most part. Breakfast is minimal but ok. 3 beds in a room was a winner! Convenient location.

I would steer clear of this hotel. Check-in was simple enough but the smell of curry powder in the hallway, all week long, was nauseating. The owners live there & you can tell what they eat, ALL WEEK LONG. The continental breakfast was a joke. Stale cereal, milk almost ready to spoil, dirty heating/cooling vents in the room with the food AND bare wire for lighting on the ceiling. The only thing good about our room was the water pressure in the shower. It was the best I've had in Lancaster BUT it certainly didn't negate the fact that the previous guests sliver of left over soap was sitting on the top sill of the shower. If you do take a chance staying here (and I hope you don't), & there is a sliver of a bar of soap on top of the shower in room 105, it's been there since Sept 2024! The sprinkler system is in need of some cleaning. From the cobwebs on the sprinklers, you could tell no cleaning or maintenance checks get done. We also heard people upstairs at 4am walking on the floor, back and forth. The rooms have no carpet in them, just regular snap together flooring (installed poorly) While checking out today, we did talk to a fellow guest from the 2nd floor. He mentioned his wife saw a roach the previous night. As if I didn't need another reason to stay there, the roach news sealed the deal. When we checked out, I told the owner about our issues & I'd never stay there again. I also mentioned what the other guest said & all he said was no one told me. He didn't seem to care.
