I never slept on such a poor mattress and when I went to go complain that the bed was broken instead of moving me to another room they gave me a $50 voucher and said take it up with Expedia

Outdated and disappointing

Overall our stay was just okay. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, mold spots on the floor, room still dirty immediately after housekeeping came.. which I only realized when I wiped up some water that I spilled and the towel I used on the floor turned BROWN. Not to mention the ridiculous pool towel policy where you give them pool “cards” and they give you one towel. And then to get the card back (or be charged $25 at the end of your stay) you have to give the towel to them before you leave the pool area. Even if you’re dripping wet? What? I stood in line to get a drink for 15 mins and just gave up. No service around the pool to be seen. For claiming to be a 4 star resort, it was no where close. I doubt we will return, even with all the great things to do in Lancaster county. If this is the only so called 4 star resort in the area, I’ll pass.

Absolutely breathtaking property. I was pleasantly surprised—it looks like it’s in a plaza, but once you’re inside, you forget that completely. I honestly felt like I was back in Florida. It rained during my stay, so I didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor areas, but I walked around and explored a bit. One cool feature: instead of door hangers, they use a light system for housekeeping or do-not-disturb, which I loved. The restaurant had great prices, and everyone I encountered was super friendly. There are lots of amenities for families—I just wish I had stayed more than one night! Also, there’s a Sheetz right in the same parking lot, which was really convenient.

A gorgeous oasis for our family. Very family friendly with pools, splash pad and outdoor games. Fun for all! The food and drink trucks were a big hit too!
