Great place

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. When we arrived we did have a problem with our room, but as soon as we said something to the front desk it was fixed immediately. I even received a message from the manager asking how our stay was going.The breakfast was wonderful. You had a variety of choices for breakfast.Everything was very clean. The pool is very nice. It was nice and quiet too, so we were able to get a good night’s rest.

It's very convenient to stay here when exploring Ephrata Cloister. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a liquor license yet.

Did not realize a handicap room had no view from window and was blocked by an outside wall. Also was not aware it was a pet friendly hotel. Nothing against pets but at times our room had a wet dog odor . Still the hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful!

Our room was very nice but our mattress was horrible lumpy very noisy my husband and I got no sleep it was bad we told the front desk and they said they could not do anything because we booked thru expedia.als I tried to get some toilet paper the whole thing fell and it was broke they charged us 10.00 I told them that also I am so not happy

Was newer clean facility. On an historic previous hotel site. Pool was nice and grounds were beautifully kept. AC unit leaked onto our rooms carpet, to be fair you couldn't detect until your shoes were off? But they were fixing it when we left.
