LOVED! room had a funny smell and there were no curtains on the windows and no desks in the room which could easily fit. Very needed when we are away, we had no where to sit and eat in the room but had s microwave and mini fridge nut no where to eat. Loved the staff loved the location loved the animals on property loved the lake even though it froze for winter loved the shoppes loved the food loved the restaurant sooo clean and big loved the 3 seperate fixtures got me to get some fresh air walking to bfast and loved the complimentary bfast and water/tea in the lobby

The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was also great. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly. The best part was the bingo night especially since my husband and I won a round each.

The rooms were not the nicest. The buffet is great at dinner so many delicious options. The breakfast is not good, all of the bread items were hard and not edible.

The room was clean, but the bathtub did not drain and there was low water pressure in the shower, the icemaker on the second floor was not working and there was not an icemaker on the first floor so you had to go down to the basement to get ice. The staff indicated that it would’ve been cheaper for us if we had not gone through Expedia and there’s no elevator from the first of the second floor. Probably will not stay there again.

We did not have our room cleaned because we were not given a make room sign. There is no one to answer the phone from housekeeping or the front desk. My husband and I are seniors and had to go out into the cold to get fresh towels.

The room was sub par. The bathroom is too small and the room decor is definitely lacking. We were originally in the Farmhouse but changed to the main hotel due to the appearance of the room. Staff, breakfast and boutique shop was great. We will be back for the boutique only.
