Booked this hotel as had long journey and wanted to break up travel. Hotel was clean and staff were attentive and pleasant. Restaurant was very good and catered for restricted diets

Great facilities and very friendly staff at the hotel. Lovely breakfast , a great selection! Main issue was with the cleanliness. When I arrived and checked in, the bathroom smelt awful and I quickly found that it was because the toilet had been left unflushed, I assume from the previous person. To the side of the bed and behind the bed was also super dusty. Other than that though , nice hotel.

Really enjoy staying at Holiday Inn across the world. They are simply comfortable and always have a good atmosphere. I come out feeling content and happy! There were a few issues with the room I was in. The aircon didn’t work. There was a bathroom hook missing to hang the towel. But that was really it and didn’t make any difference to the quality of service provided and the great breakfast they had! Thank you.

When i checked in i said i need to pay for the other room as i booked 2 rooms at hotel.com and when i initially booked for one room then my daughters what to come so i reserved another room with note that i will pay for that when we check in. So when we arrive i said i booked for 2 rooms an i have to pay for the other room but then receptionist said both rooms been paid so i thought they used the same card i used to book other room. So check out time they said theres nothing to pay, so we left then after couple of days they said they're trying to get hold of me as i did not pay for the other room, so said i did try to pay when we check in but they said its already paid and now they are chasing me So i paid over the phone! Plus its pet friendly and dogs next room continously barking even at night fortunately its our last night otherwise would ask to change our room!

Would Stay Again.

We stayed here because it was Dog friendly. Overall, I would say we had an excellent stay. The hotel is true to its description of Dog friendly, although tou can’t eat in the restaurant with them (which is reasonable). There were a lot of families with dogs and they were made very welcome. The bar was also child friendly with toys and games available. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that one of us is a vegetarian and there were no items available from the tapas menu, which was disappointing and reduced the options available.
