Both staff members at the front desk (check in and check out) were beyond friendly! The building itself, the grounds, and the room were clean. Great location and convenient when driving into historic/downtown Lancaster.

Fraudulent charging
Was double booked WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT FOR TWO ROOMS. Hotel tried to charge me for two rooms! THAT IS ILLEGAL, FRAUDULENT AND WONDER WHETHER IS COMPANY POLICY! Will lead to lawsuits at some point!
