The rooms are tastefully decorated, the staff helpful, and it's a walkable location, between the center of the city and Franklin & Marshall. One thing though, if you like quiet, the building is not well-insulated. I could hear bare feet stomping on the hardwood floor above me, outside noises, and my neighbor's cough. I did hot have wild noisy neighbors, but I could hear them.

This is my third tome staying at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and so well decorated! I love the art and artist theme. It is conveniently located to great dining and shopping. We also walked to a Minor League baseball game, which was fantastic and fun! John J. Jeffries restaurant was absolutely delicious! From vegetarian options to a pork chop for the meat-eaters in our group…everyone had great options! Sam did an amazing job of taking care of our large party. He was fantastic! We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and they made every part of the evening so special!

Unusual in a good way. Room was clean and comfortable with exposed brick and wood beams. Provided continental breakfast was okay, better than some chains. Located in and interesting neighborhood near Franklin and Marshall College. Mix of residential and commercial. Good farm-to-table restaurant in the same building.

I would say our stay was just fine. I’ve stayed at waaaay nicer hotels for less money. We chose this hotel because of the amazing reviews and honestly we were quite shocked when we got there. It’s in the middle of a couple busy roads and not near anything we could really walk to. The inside was just a lobby and a restaurant and an elevator. The room was basic. I feel like I stayed at a different hotel than everyone else that left reviews. Overall the room was clean and had the basics. The breakfast buffet was also very basic. It’s not a hotel we would stay at again but it was fine for an overnight.

Most everything was excellent. We had to park on second floor of parking deck which was a tight fit fora larger car. The stairwell needed keycard to get in which was already turned in and had to walk up ramp. There was something running all night that I couldn't figure out the noise. There were wooden blinds which are nice at home but prefer dark curtains in a hotel so I don't wake up with the sun.

We haven't had breakfast yet, so can't comment on that yet. Our check-in was very easy and fast. Chocolates on the pillow was a nice touch. Not sure about the rose. It's nice but I don't know what to do with it! Now that we have checked out.....breakfast was good (better than most!). The bed was comfy but it didn't seem like a queen. It seemed more like a double. No lotion in the dispenser in the BR. Overall, good though.

Very stylish but the most important things were weak. Lots of road noise. Bed was uncomfortable ; very soft and only big, hard pillows . Can hear neighbors in other rooms. Smoking right outside the door so the smell lingers on you. Breakfast was good.

It’s a unique property, in a converted historic warehouse, with an art theme. So lots of exposed brick and paintings on the walls and a sketch pad in each room. Super tasteful and fun. Also clean and modern. The rooms are on the smaller side, but totally fine. And it’s not in the cutest area but a quick drive to the central walkable part of Lancaster. Very reasonable prices, so a great choice if you’re someone who appreciates a boutique hotel rather than a generic chain.

Really enjoyed the convenient location, size of the room and cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. Housekeeping could be improved as did not remove dirty cups and no turndown service received. However overall it was great.
