We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and the location was nice because we could walk to enough of the city to eat and explore. We also enjoyed the various art installations around the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed Lancaster and the surrounding area!

Lancaster work stay.

When I arrived there was no one at registration desk. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. The room was very nice with a rose and chocolate on the bed, but it was a little loud from people upstairs.

Loved our stay at the Arts Hotel. Huge room with nice sitting area was a complete surprise. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Unique property in downtown, walkable to things. We would absolutely stay here again and were sorry we only had one night!

This is a neat property. Rooms with tall ceilings and exposed original beams made the stay feel different than staying in some sort of chain hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were there from 5/19-5/21. Loved the art work in the elevators, very cool idea! We ate in the onsite restaurant and were blown away by the great server and excellent meal. Everything exceeded our expectations.
