Hotels can blend together, even nice ones. This one doesn’t. Yes, it has beautiful rooms and attentive staff happy to go above-and-beyond, but the hotel itself is respectful of the beauty of creativity and inspires it in their guests. A departure from the same old same old…and I’m leaving with a long stem rose and memories of a fantastic stay.

I have stayed at Lancaster Arts several times and each has been perfect for me... pleasant and artful spaces and rooms, friendly staff, clean, convenient location and accessible by car or with a reasonable walk from the train station. I would give the included breakfast 4 out of 5 stars - quite good by American standards. I am vegetarian and the restaurant is not an option for me, but there is a tavern and a Thai restaurant nearby. I enjoy seeing the repurposed interiors - and exterior. I think it is great value.

My new favorite hotel, anywhere. The whole vibe, service, character of design with heavy art influence was a breath of fresh air. Cool pub next door, TheFridge, for casual option. Convenient easy parking was a plus for such a nice hotel too.

King Deluxe room was one of the largest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in for the price paid. Almost like a suite. Loved the exposed brick, comfortable bed and excellent water pressure/temp in shower. We were even provided complimentary rose and chocolates. What an excellent experience!

Very Nice Experience
I really enjoyed my stay at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others visiting Lancaster. I really liked the focus on Art and how they incorporated art into the environment.

Everything was great! Nice parking garage. Easy check-in and all front desk staff was pleasant. Great restaurant onsite and a nice breakfast provided as well. Room was clean and comfortable!

The shower drain needs cleaning. When taking a shower, it smelled liked sewage. The bottom of the tiles and door need to be cleaned. Actually, the whole bath room needs attention. The one night it seemed as if a medicinal smell filled the room for a couple hours. The woman that worked the breakfast area was outstanding! She kept everything stocked, cleaned tables, ran the dishwasher and assisted with any requests.
