A lovely hotel with great facilities and excellent location next to the University and stones throw from the City of Lancaster. What stood out for us was the staff. The customer service was of the highest quality and we were made to feel extremely welcome. We highly recommend this high quality hotel.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like is that the water bottle in the room was empty when we checked in. we requested for a new one, but we haven’t got one.
