The Lancaster Inn is always a great stay. We come to stay and go to The Root and it’s very convenient to it. The staff are very helpful and we can’t wait to see the property after all the renovations.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again.

The room was fairly clean and the stay was enjoyable. A couple of areas that would have made a difference for me to give it a higher rating was the elevator. The floor of the elevator was always mildly unclean and one of the nights it was even not working.

Nice place and location was great. However mold on the bathroom that had obviously painted over before and pool was supposed to be open but had a closed sign. Staff could have been friendlier but it was very clean and decorated nicely! Overall, I would stay there again if the pool was up & running.

The staff was very nice, accommodating. Tv didn’t work we had to call the desk, bugs not flies , the room had a bad smell Very loud fan- could not sleep the first night. We found the noise it was above the door way to the bedroom- fan was filthy. They are adding a whole side of rooms- they need to take care of the main building

Was very disappointed. The staff were not very kind and the room wasn’t very clean. Was supposed to have 2 queen beds, but the beds were more like fulls. The breakfast didn’t have much and had to go out instead. Also, the location wasn’t really close to anything. Everything was a 25 minutes drive or more. Liked Lancaster, but wouldn’t stay here again.

Evening staff was friendly and helpful. There was a travel soccer tournament in area and many of the players were staying at the hotel. The front desk staff made sure that we were on a separate floor so we could have a quiet night and he gave us a free upgrade on our room.
