We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Inn & Suites in Manheim, PA while traveling with our pet. The place is very clean, and the staff was incredibly considerate and understanding. We were supposed to check out at 12 PM, but due to my son’s volleyball game, we didn’t leave until around 3 PM. Instead of charging us the full late check-out fee per policy, they only charged us half, which we truly appreciated. Shoutout to Marco, Fawzi, and Ferdy for being so kind and welcoming. Their flexibility and compassion made a stressful day much easier. Highly recommend!
