Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Description, Allergens, and Mold

I booked this hotel through Expedia based on the room description and photos, but what we received was nothing like what was advertised. The room was not only different from what was promised, but also in poor condition—thick dust everywhere that immediately triggered allergies for both myself and my young daughter.
Even worse, we found visible mold in the room—an unacceptable health risk, especially for a child. It’s clear that cleanliness and guest safety are not priorities here. We were extremely uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping due to our allergy symptoms and concern about the air quality.
I am requesting a partial or full refund for this stay, as this experience did not remotely match what we paid for or expected. I’m extremely disappointed and hope Expedia and the hotel take this seriously and make it right.
