Beware…..

Room had a funky smell when we entered. Humidity in the room was off the charts! Even with the air conditioner on full blast, the stickiness remained. Wrote postcards for my grandkids and the ink bled and cards curled! Hard to sleep when you are sticky/clammy/cold. Not recommended for anyone sensitive to mold.

Simple, clean, quiet & affordable hotel. A place to lay your head and have a quick breakfast. All the staff was pleasant, housekeeping will check with you to make sure your supplies are stocked instead of just trying to come in the room and clean (which is what I prefer, less intrusive). The place is a bit dated, which isn’t a deal breaker but I don’t prefer it. And the location is good. You can walk to Walmart, Taco Bell, liquor store or a nice pizzeria. Another plus is the close proximity of the I95 bypass. Honestly I will choose a nicer place next visit to Lancaster lol, but generally speaking this hotel satisfied my needs.

Noisy, Noisy place

Walls are paper thin, dog down the hall barked day and night, could hear every car right outside. There were ants crawling up our bedside tables, and the breakfast was awful- no fruit or anything fresh. Eggs were salty, hash browns were salty, only salted butter, and all juice is from concentrate.

Great except the breakfast part

Great staff, room was great with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was not on the same level. Didnt have any freh fruits, waffles or potato fry for vegetarians.

NEVER STAY AT LANCASTER SUITES.

DO NOT STAY AT THE LANCASTER SUITES. There was a horrible smell upon entering our room. Spoke to the gentleman at the desk. He sprayed something it didn't really help at all. The girl also had told me that "pet friendly" rooms are not on the same floors as the rooms that don't allow pets. Well my husband and i have allergies, between the horrid smell in the room and the dog in the room near us that barked and cried for hours, we asked for a room change, we were told there wasn't a room left, none at all! He couldn't do anything for us, we could check out but would not get any money back!! Very very bad customer service. THE ROOM WAS DINGY. DARK,DIM AND HAD AN AWFUL SMELL. Definitely not worth what we paid for it. I will never again stay at Lancaster Suites. Very very disappointing
