This hotel is absolutely unacceptable. I didn’t even stay here because the conditions were so filthy that I couldn’t remain in the room for more than a minute. As soon as I walked into the building, the smell in the elevator and lobby was disgusting. It literally smelled like dog feces, which already told me everything I needed to know about how poorly this place is taken care of. When I opened the door to the room, the odor was so strong and foul that I became physically ill and threw up. I didn’t put my belongings down or touch anything. The bedding looked unwashed, the carpet was covered in old stains, and the room felt genuinely unsafe and unsanitary. It was like stepping into a horror film I went straight to the front desk, still sick from the smell, and the staff could not have cared less. No apology, no solution, no room change, nothing. They refused a refund and acted completely dismissive, which tells me they are used to complaints and simply don’t care. Because of how extreme and unhealthy the conditions were, I will be reporting this place to the Health Department, the FTC, and the Better Business Bureau. This hotel should not be operating in the state it’s in. I strongly warn anyone considering staying here.

Crackheads all over, room smelled, dirty, paid for two nights & stayed 1 night! Had to leave! I lost $113 for the second night but no way I could stay another night! Went & paid $130 for Fairfield inn . The savings is not worth it unless your a crackhead or homeless

Room was not adequate, no coffee maker, no iron, or ironing board, no hangers for clothing. Towels not clean, very small, refrigerator not good working order. Hotel night clerk, need extra training. Will not be staying at this Motel in future.
