The man working the desk was very nice and helpful. The room was old had a stale smokey smell. The bathroom ceiling was full of mold the exhaust did not work and there was a hole in the door. The area around the bathtub/ shower fixures was filthy. The site says they have an outdoor pool which is the primary reason I booked there on such short notice. The pool has been closed since Covid. As per employee a fight broke out between guests and non guests and the town made them close the pool .

Everything was filthy,carpet was disgusting,walls covered with filth. No pool very unkept property. Many ppl live tbere and were outside drinking ,carrying on. I immediately requested a refund! Keep your famiky awaty from this dump!

sheets did not fit the bed. Asked twice for different sheets and ended up still getting wrong size. Also, the shower looked like it had been remodeled and was not done properly, If we had of taken a shower water would have ended up all over the floor. Roaches (alive) were on the floor. It was so bad that we didn't complete our stay. Checked out after 2 nights and went to another motel.

The hotel was in such poor repair! It looked nothing like the pictures. The smell of the hallway and room was beyond explaining. No refund was given. It felt unsafe due to the door locks being in bad repair just like everything else in the room. Dirt and mold all over the ceilings and walls. Unbelievable.

I booked a room here for me and my dog. But we had to share the room with the abundant amount of cockroaches. This place is disgusting. Not to mention that I was not given any type of accommodation for being locked out of my room because my keycard or door lock was malfunctioning. I had to enter my room by sliding open the window and reach in to unlock my door.

The smell in the hallway was horrible and the room was not much better. My husband had to kill a cockroach a few minutes after we walked in the door. Didn’t provide towels and wash cloths for two people. A large hole in the bathroom door that was just painted over, burns in the bathtub. It was awful!

Most disgusting establishment we’ve ever encounter
This hotel was so disgusting we left after 2 hours of checking in. The bed linens were dirty and stained. The floor was sticky and gross. The supposedly clean towels had hair stuck in them. There were vomit stains on the wall. The window sill was full of bugs. The room smelled. The tv didn’t work. The sink was cracked. The bathtub was filthy and moldy.

Disgusting and a health hazard.
This was the most disgusting hotel/motel experience of my 55 years on earth. 1. Mold in the bathroom and around the window. 2. Cigarette smoke PERMEATED the building and cigarette burns on the sheets bedding and curtains 3. Mold in the freezer/fridge. 4. The door did not seal so you could see into the hallway. 5. Stained sheets on both beds. 6. Pillow the size of throw pillows. 7. Every piece of furniture looked as if it was a dump pickup with damage all over it. 8. The phone had been vandalized to not allow usage. 9. The floors were sticky and shoes should not be removed. 10. The mold surrounding the window was thick and black. NOTHING resembled the photos on hotels.com.
