The young man greeted me when I arrived and was great, the door to my room was having issues locking the first day and I was unable to lock the door the 2nd , I used the latch on the inside to keep my door locked and I reported it to the older man at the desk who seemed indifferent

Room was clean and fine. The heater worked VERY well. We could not turn the thermostat down and it stayed 80 the whole time. Also parking was a big challenge. The lot had lots of snow that covered the parking spots. The rear of the property was the worst. I almost slid into the trash dumpster

The hotel is very old and dilapidated... Everything is broken. To get food out of the microwave, you have to completely unplug it from the socket because the microwave door won't open, no matter how hard you try. The refrigerator is wobbly, but it's better not to touch it. The coffee maker... the dresser drawers don't close, we had to use a piece of toilet paper to prop the drawer up. Everything is very old and worn out, the towels, the bed linen... Everything is dirty, all the light bulbs in the room are covered with dried insects and dust. In short, the hotel is simply terrible, the elevator is dirty, all the corridors from floor to floor are in a deplorable state, there are traces of dog urine in the corners, terrible, simply terrible. It was a huge mistake to choose this hotel, we were tempted by the good location and price... but it wasn't worth it...
