The staff was ok. But the rooms where absolutely disgusting. Blood marks/stains just about everywhere. Hair on sheets. Second room was a little better than the first, but we still felt very unsafe and disgusted, so we ended up not staying. The girl at the front desk said she was sorry about the rooms and that I would get a full refund. So we'll just have to wait to see how true that is.

I would not recommend staying at this location. Upon arrival, it was extremely difficult to locate the entrance to the parking lot due to heavy street construction and no posted detour signs. After finally checking in, I walked down a hallway that reeked of marijuana, despite visible no-smoking signs throughout the property. Once inside the room, the odor changed to a musty, moldy smell. The floor was dirty, the walls had holes and peeling paint, and the tub was visibly unclean. Water pressure in the shower was very low, and the air conditioner did not function — a major issue considering it was over 100 degrees outside. The bedding was in poor condition, with visible cigarette burns and stains on the duvet. The noise levels were also unbearable — constant hammering, loud yelling, crying children, and dogs barking non-stop for hours. I reported these issues to the front desk manager, Mayra, who quickly dismissed the marijuana odor as coming from people smoking outside and said there was nothing she could do. She did send a maintenance worker to check the AC, but after three hours of no improvement and ongoing barking, I requested to be moved. I was eventually given a different room on the second floor. While the air conditioning worked in this room, all the other issues remained — including an even stronger marijuana smell. This was one of the worst motel stays I've ever had. Ghetto fabulous.

If you’re wanting nice, this is not the place. It’s pretty much a party/drug hotel. Homeless people out by your cars at midnight. Tweekers running around everywhere. On the plus side they do have smoking rooms lol.

So I came to this place! Was a great big mistake! I checked and there was a $60 deposit that had to be cash I was unaware! But besides that I got my room key and when I got to the room it smelled like cigarettes and horrible! But wait that’s not just it I was woken up multiple times by homeless/ drug addicts, people knocking on the door looking for smiley! I was so pissed off I got no sleep I got no sleep because of the knocking and the loud noise, loud music. I will never come that to this place again!

Was not very clean. Power went out early in the morning couldn't shower before heading back home from taking the trip to Palmdale. Went to front desk to see what was going on with the power and she said "it has nothing to do with us we can't do anything" very rude and unprofessional

This is the worst hotel I've ever booked through Expedia. There are a lot of homeless walking in the hotel property. The Whole hotel inside and outside smelled extremely bad from marijuana smell. My husband and I could not spend the night there and had to leave. The room that we got was very dusty. The bedsheets had some stains. The bathroom was very dirty.. tha bathtub had peeling paint. The door had two holes on it..like it someone had punched it. We register around 2 pm we had to leave due to the smell to visit a friend came back until 12 am or so thinking that we will be fine but the smell of marijuana was so intense everywhere. We didn't feel safe there or leaving our car in the parking lot.We will be contacting Expedia for a refund.

I debated on doing this, it would have changed where I stayed. So I'm going to be honest for the next person. My key card didn't work, Maintenance had to let me in my room. When I went to get dinner, there where so many PD around I had to find another way out. They were there because of a shooting. Key card didn't work again, I called the office -she wanted me to go back to the office. I told her "No, I wasn't climbing the stairs 2 more times, you need to come to me". 15 min later she was there to unlock my door. Not happy, me and/or her. As I was laying in bed a cockroach was walking on the bedding. So unhappy was I that if I knew any of these things were possible I would have stayed elsewhere. I wil NOT be staying at this hotel ever again.

Rooms were clean enough but obvious evidence of previous stays. The lights had marker drawn. Tub and sink were stained with some red hair dye. Corners of room were still dirty. The toilet does not flush properly, has a push down button type. Floor was dirty turned my socks brown. Bed was clean though, pillows comfortable and mattress was comfortable. Some dogs barking , but relatively quiet for a hotel that allows dogs. The people were louder than them. People up late hours talking on the phone and smoking out of the second story window arguing on the phone. It was pretty quiet toward 11-12am and noise started back up around 8 am. A little pricey for the quality of room but a big step up from across the street. An okay affordable stay. I just wanted a little staycation without spending a lot of money. It was okay.

Floor full of different types of hair. Dirty surfaces, Shower head held on using tape, missing tap handles, worst of all - lack of any fresh air. Stayed in a none smoking room ( and floor) and it was constantly inundated with tobacco and weed smoke, nearly impossible to get rid off. As someone, non fussy, looking for just a bed normally, this was truly awful.
