I stayed at this property for 10 days, and it was overall a great experience, the location is in walking distance of some really good cocktail bars, the staff were helpful and the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, it was very quiet and I was really able relax and enjoy my stay! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND, especially those who might be passing through or in the process of moving to Lancaster!

DON'T F*** WITH CATS

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH A CAT! We specifically booked at a pet friendly hotel and called the front desk ahead of our stay to verify it would be ok to have our cat with us. We were told there was a $100 pet deposit and assured it was fine. We arrived to check in and GABBY at the front desk refused to allow our cat to stay, saying we were welcome but cats are not. I asked how we could resolve this, if there was a manager on site(there was not) and if I could have a copy of the policy (to which I was told no). The least GABBY could have done was offer us a refund and to help locate another hotel, considering our cats were in the car and it was over 100° out, although my husband attended them and the AC was on in the car. We were still charged for the room and were forced to REBOOK AT PALMDALE HILTON HOME2SUITES, WHO WERE HAPPY TO BOOK US A BEAUTIFUL SUITE CAT FRIENDLY ROOM WITH A DISCOUNT. This Marriott is in a crappy location with shady people hanging out in the parking lot and terrible hospitality. I'm going Hilton all the way from now on. BTW, I GOT NO HELP FROM MARRIOTT CORPORATE OR HOTELS.COM, STOP PAYMENT WITH YOUR BANK IF THIS EVER HAPPENS TO YOU.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which instantly made me feel at home. My room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed—the bed was so cozy I slept like a baby! The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet enough to relax after a long day out. I also loved the [pool/bar/restaurant/etc.]—great vibe and a nice bonus to the stay. What stood out most was the little touches and how helpful the team was. They were always ready with a smile and happy to give tips on where to go and what to do. Overall, such a great experience—I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

There were two things that were short comings for this hotel. First, when staying here there is a parking fee for parking on the hotel's parking lot. I do not understand this, if you are running a business, you should be able to provide parking for your customer. Second, the rooms did not have any type of drinks such as water, in this case I would be ok with paying for the water , but it is odd it is not a thing in this hotel.
