This was a great stay since the start I had an issue with my reservation that was quickly addressed and fixed by the staff at the hotel since the Expedia staff could not help me. They were super responsive patient and polite. Check in process was very easy and convenient. Once we were there everything went well Jessica the manager was very attentive and would periodically check in with everyone in the lobby or patio area to see if anything was needed. Terry went above and beyond for our entire team and others that were checked in. It was a busy weekend for this staff but they really made it an enjoyable stay. So thank you!!!!

The front desk staff was very nice. We spend two weekends in Palmdale for softball state tournaments. One weekend we stayed at the Marriott courtyard and the second weekend at the Residence inn. Both welcome our girls with encouraging sings on the windows, goody bags, shaved ice, pop corn and many more surprises. Thank you so much for making these two busy weekends so much more special.

Too little, too late

The shower diverter in my bath was not functioning. I didn't discover this until morning when I attempted to use the shower, around 6:00 am. I called the desk to have it fixed but was told no one from maintenance would be available till 8:00. This was a business trip so this time frame wouldn't work for me. I was forced to use the tub, and, being an elderly person, getting in, and far worse, getting out was an ordeal. I slipped once and was very nearly injured. To their credit, the hotel staff gave me 5000 Marriott points for my trouble, but this is the kind of maintenance issue I would think should be checked in every room before allowing anyone to stay in it. I would much prefer to pay full price and have everything work perfectly, than be awarded a concession because of a problem.
