We booked and paid for a room with a queen size bed and when we checked in they said we could not have that room since it was handicapped accessible???? They gave us another room but to our disappointment and disliking it was a room with 2 double beds! We were not happy with the outcome!

More money/thought was put into the grounds outside. The rooms are super old and out dated. Wallpaper is peeling. The beds are like laying on the floor with a half inch 20yr old mattress pad. The key cards/ door locks were huge pains! You have to put the card in the door 5-10 times before it unlocks! Some of the staff were friendly some were rude as if you were annoying them! In my opinion honestly not worth $120 a night! The showers appeared clean but there were small hairs on the wall/floor. I never wrote reviews, ever, but when we went to the front desk to ask about the keycard issues and let them know about the hairs in the bathroom (we didn’t even bother to get into that part) the person at the desk spoke to us as if we were bothering her. It was one of those moments where it felt as if we complained they would have found ways to charge extra after check out if that makes sense. Definitely do not recommend. Pay the extra $10 and stay somewhere else!

We stayed there to attend Field of Screams, which is very conveniently close. The area at the hotel is well kept and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area.was good, especially the spa. Room was very clean and quiet. All in all a very good experience.

The facility was clean and the staff were great! Breakfast choices could be improved. When we were there on Saturday there were no eggs or sausage and then on Sunday the eggs were all gone.

The hotel definitely needs a face lift on the interior. Room was nice, beds were ok, room was very clean. Breakfast was VERY basic. Make your own waffles, some fruit and yogurts. Individually wrapped bagels to toast with supplied cream cheese spread. I would definitely reccomend going out to some of the local restaurants for a good ole lancaster county Breakfast. The stay was overpriced for what I expected.

Room was small. Including very small bathroom. Breakfast ran out before 10am. Very few selections for breakfast. People were friendly. Ample parking great ice cream shop next to hotel.

Property had a smell outside and inside. First and 2nd day was a sewage smell outside and musty yuck smell inside. My daughter kept saying it smelt like a gas leak. We used the pool and hot tub both days we were there and were good. Hot tub was hot. Beds comfortable but bathroom was very small. Only a stand up shower and a pocket door because there’s no room to open/close door. Staff was not very friendly but answered if you spoke first. Rooms had a slight musty odor but it was quiet in rooms and we rested well. Property just needs a lot of updates and some odor control in common areas and halls. Bathroom wall had been partially repainted but didn’t quite match. Location was ok but not near any restaurants and not really walkable.
