Clean place to stay. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and Sight & Sound. Staff was courteous, and the room was cleaned and restocked with linens while we were away. Would 100% stay here again!

Skip this place

The first room the door did not close unless you pulled the door hard. The cleaning staff left our room open after cleaning. Also was musty smelling and I had to empty the dehumidifier twice which was filthy. They need to clean the machine as you could see black mold in it I complained and manager moved us to a new room ; This room happened to be room that my family requested to move out of because there was a bug. They didn’t bother to remove the bug or re clean it before giving it to us. I know because the soap had been open and towel used. Room also smelled musty. I would not go back again. Need to clean better.

Went for girls’ overnight to see the production at Sight & Sound. Sleep Inn is very conveniently located to S&S as well as to a number of very good and reasonably priced restaurants. It’s also only 10 minutes away from Kitchen Kettle Village, if you want to do some shopping (which we did!) Our rooms were immaculate—very very clean and nicely decorated, We each had a refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, and little coffee maker. (Note: You brew the coffee directly into the cup, there is no pot.) The bathroom has a lot of counter space and there were plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was not bad. I had eggs and sausage and my 2 friends made waffles, and we all said the food was good. We would definitively stay here again if we come back to the area.

The staff was great. The breakfast was great. The rooms not so much. Bedding had little black mold looking spots on them. The shower had hair still in it from the person before us. The biggest thing was the pillow had a brown poop looking mark on it that was clearly notice able about a inches long The second room the beds was terribly.

This was a lovely property. Front desk staff all were very nice and helpfull. Only 2 issues. Pool water was not as clear as it should have been. No sanitizer in any of the dispensers, told them about it, but don't think it was resolved. The walls are very thin so if you need a very quiet environment, this was not the place. We could hear people talking.

10 stars top notch service and cleanliness

Very friendly staff. Clean room comfortable pillows and beds. Full all you can eat breakfast cooked to perfection with friendly wait staff. Pool. Sleep inn is one of those pretty basic hotels but this one was far better than any of the others I had been to. Everything was clean from the lobby to the rooms, all staff I encountered were friendly and courteous like the old school great customer service that seems non existent today. The smiles, warm welcome, going out of their way checking up and asking if we need anything or can they make fresh sausage for us during breakfast while we were eating the already fresh food they had provided. Waffle maker, yogurt, fresh juice coffee tea milk bagels, eggs, cereal, you name it! I usually don't review but this place really went out of their way to serve us. Hotel was booked and we were there with other family in different rooms and they still put our rooms next to each other ( we didn't even ask) vending and drink machines stocked full, ice machine clean, fridge and microwave in our rooms as well as a safe. toiletries and even razors, shaving cream, tooth brushes and more provided. Pool stayed open late which we used and was real close to our rooms. Also has a gym and beautiful views of the countryside outside the windows. Like wow. I was very impressed. The hotel is on the small side too so that was really nice having everything so close to our rooms and not having to lug our stuff up and down elevators and walk a far distance.

The hotel was good enough to stay at but it definitely isn’t what most people would call a nice place to stay. The staff were nice so I will say that to start. As far as the room, that is where things weren’t as good. The floors were not vacuumed. The floor in the room was actually kinda filthy. The floor in the bathroom had hair as did the bathroom sink. The room also had quite a bad food odor to it. Now, let me be clear, this place wasn’t a nightmare but it also wasn’t a cozy, comfortable, clean place either. It was a place good enough for the night but not good enough to return. They did have a free breakfast. Wasn’t a ton to choose from, but a free breakfast nonetheless, which did include a waffle maker which in my opinion is always a good choice. To sum things up I would say this hotel was exactly mediocre. If you need a place for a night, it will do. If you want a place to feel like a classy hotel, look elsewhere.

Hotel manager, Rich, is a real people person. Very friendly and helpful. The TV in our room did not have a picture, Rich immediately replaced it with another. He is very dedicated to his job and the guests a the hotel.
