Just fine for a a night or so stay
Stay was fine. It was a single night. Only really suggestion for room was a latch lock for the door since it directly faces the outside.

Best Days Gone By
Unfortunately, the room was very dirty. There was a layer of dust on all the lampshades, the bathroom had hair in the tub and on the toilet from prior guests. The carpet cove base was coming off the wall. Overall, the room was dated and dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The air conditioning ran all night and did not ever really cool the room down. The TV remote control batter cover was missing and rubber bands held the batteries in place. My shower ran cold very quickly, my wife never was able to get hot water when she was trying to shower. The upside was the check in clerk was very pleasant.

Only consider for late night sleeping stop only.
If you’re looking for a cheap late overnight stop with no frills and nothing else is available then it’s ok. Unfortunately we booked a three night stay. Not too clean, pool was 3 ft low and filled with black water. Room carpet dirty and wet. Had room made up first night only. Some of our towels were taken the second night but none returned and the beds not done. There was not a chair to be found outside any room, near the pool or on the grounds. Our room had one small one. Don’t expect any relaxing or lounging areas on site. We had requested 1st floor in our hotels.com as there are no elevators to 2nd floor. Front desk clerk said there were none available and I hadn’t requested it in advance. She eventually found my request thru hotels.com and acted like she was doing us a favor finding the last 1st floor room in back by the dumpster. Be prepared to be repeatedly questioned and lectured to about fines for violations of their no pets or smoking policy by the elderly female desk clerk. No printouts were provided on check out. We were told to get one from the 3rd party company that we booked thru.

It was kind of like going back to my 1950s childhood. But the clerk was grumpy, there was no one in the office for morning checkout so no coffee in the pot we spied thru the window. The cleaning crew, however, was friendly & up early.

Great little spot
This was a great little hotel. It’s a little outdated, but right off the main road with some shops/restaurants in walking distance. It was clean and loved that it had 3 beds. Our lock ran out of batteries, but they fixed it right away. There’s a beautiful view out the back of the hotel of fields. Would stay again. There is no breakfast - just FYI.

Room was fine except there is something horrible smelling when I turned the heat on . Had to turn it off after 30 seconds . Can't even describe the smell . Never ever smelled anything like it . Hope the Manager reads this . It needs to be fixed . Also NO Coffee in room and lobby closed on Sunday . Other than these two things would recommend this hotel

We had a medical emergency and Expedia attempted to cancel the reservation with plenty of notice and the hotel would not cancel it. Then had the audacity to call me later that evening and asked me what I planned on checking in. I guess they don’t understand that emergencies happen, and they billed me anyway, even though I didn’t stay and gave them plenty of notice

Very easy check out/in. Very friendly staff and people. It’s a little crowed because how small the rooms are and close they are together but it was very quiet and no noise what so ever. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable and the room and A/C. You might even be blessed while you are there!

Not the greatest place to stay.
Our stay was NOT the greatest. 1. The mattresses were beyond horrible. They were so hard. Sleeping on the floor would be no different. 2. The water was luke warm and turned cold during showers. My daughter took a shower and it was cold the entire time. Management was informed. The response was "It has hot water". 3. There was no iron in the room. 4. It was dusty around the refrigerator and in drawers. 5. Communication with staff was through a window. 6. Staff did not seem to happy when we asked for more towels and some toilet paper. 7. The chair in the room had a rear leg that only had one screw in it. It would swivel and be off balance. My husband had to turn it back to stabilize the chair.
