Knew the day before our arrival that someone had broken the door handle but still tried to get us to stay in that room. Sent us to property down the street which was just a motel and i never received my ‘discount’

Very basic, could use a few more things like bathmats. Beds are on wheels, so if you move the bed moves as well.

This place was very cozy and perfect for our stay. Very spacious! Very clean! Water was nice and hot. We could adjust the temperature of our room easily. And it was very central to everything. Would come back again!

When we tried to check in, we called the number and got the code for the lockbox. The keys in the lockbox only opened the door handle but not the deadbolt. Nobody was available to unlock the deadbolt. Long story short, we were out of luck and had to scramble to find another place to stay for the night! We were not getting into this property, period. We were offered rooms at their sister property - which was a motel (we had paid for a 4 bedroom house with kitchen). Not an acceptable substitution and no financial concession for taking that option. They did agree to refund our full amount with no late cancellation fee when we didn't accept the sister property. Wow, thanks. Will see when the refund comes through...(it had better)

We had reservations in advance and upon arrival the property was very dimly lit and it was dark and very hard to see the cottage numbers. I was directed to cottage 61 and when I entered the cottage it was clear that it had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and the garbage can was overflowing. I was then directed to cottage 63 and upon entry the beds were unmade and again the bathroom was littered with dirty towels. I was then told someone would have to call me back. I sat in my car for 15 minutes waiting for someone to return my call. I was informed that the property did not have any CLEAN cottages and I was sent to a completely different property 15 minutes away. I would definitely not recommend these cottages to any travelers coming to the Lancaster area

Horrible

This was a nightmare. I arrived after a 20 hour trip and at first it seemed ok. I went to brush my teeth and there was a trickle from the facet. Then as I was getting into bed, I noticed hair in the bed. I flipped a pillow over and it was filthy. I called and was given another room. I went to the bathroom and there was pee on and in the toilet. As I checked the bed, I noticed that these sheets were also dirty. I ended up sleeping on top of the covers with no pillow. I called and they offered no discount, but said they would give me one for future stays.

Light did not work outside of our cottage, mirror was off wall ( had leaning against wall) , bathroom sink stopper broke, old couches sitting in grassy area at our cottage. We never seen a real person- you have to call a number . Will not recommend or stay again.

No heat in room when we arrived. It had not been cut on. Sleep sofa full of hairs. Bathroom door had been sprung -- would not shut. Blind strings had been cut before we arrived. Could not be opened. One window missing half of window lock and board where lock should be. Toilet paper holder on floor because it would not stay in the holder. No one on site to help you. Check Inn is done remotely via phone.

Upon arrival the place was well decorated and bright in the room. However, the place was dirty and loud. The bathtub and wall had dirt and hair in it and there was a dirty washcloth hanging on the the curtain rod. The floor was dirty and sandy. The wall between the adjacent unit was very thin and the refrigerator was very loud. The TV was very small compared to the room. We did like being able to see the planes and helicopter land right near by. The grounds were very nice.
