The hotel was nice, but didn’t realize the breakfast area and the game area was in the lobby with the check in desk. My room bathroom floor was dirty with hair on it. My bed had hair on the sherts and one pillow case was on inside out. I think the cleaning person didn't do a great job.

Hilton Ditching top sheets ??
Recently stayed at Tru - a Hilton property. My husband and I are diamond members but I did not use those perks or credentials on this trip. The last Hilton we stayed at ALSO Had the issue of having no top sheet on the bed. during the night if you get too warm, you have to kick off all the covers and have no sheet ! : ( Not sure If this is the latest design trend or just a cost cutting move, but from here out, Will be calling before we make reservations to find out if the beds have full sets of sheets on them.! NOT COMFORTABLE!!! : ( Also, The Lancaster Tru hotel could benefit from room darkening shades or curtains.. the pull down shade allows all light to pass into the room : ( Other than these 2 items, The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was lovely.

Staff are front desk did not dress professionally ; made it difficult to determine if they were guess our employees. Tv and heating system did work so well. Hard to shut off heating system after it makes clunking noise after a free hours of operation. Bare minimum hotel, no drawers but shelves to put your clothes; no lamp for desk to work on.

Property well kept,bed very comfortable,staff friendly. Room was facing main road, very noisy and guest upstairs walking so hard it was annoying. Nextdoor guests making noises throughout the night.Hope for a quieter room next time we visit
