Pulled in earlier than expected 1pm. So didn’t want to check in till 3. Ask if was ok to wait at the pool. Yes for 90 dollars more. Won’t book this place again. Took 2days to get a coffee maker. Not the best customer service.

location was good. wish the restaurant was shellfish free so we could have enjoyed that option as we had someone severely allergic. shellfish allergen is water soluble so someone severely allergic cannot be in area where it is being cooked. but that would not keep us from recommending or staying again. very happy with our stay. loved starbucks in the morning

We arrived around 9pm and upon checking in discovered our room was dirty. Dirty sheets on the bed and bathroom was dirty with apparent mold on edges. We attempted to call front desk and no one picked up for 30 minutes. (Front desk is in separate building) we finally got through to staff and requested clean sheets and someone to clean room. Front desk clerk came to room holding sheets and stated with attitude we don’t have cleaning staff at night and “your room is not dirty”. I asked her so I am lying then? She wanted to hand us sheets to change our own bed. I asked for a room change and she didn’t want to do it. She left without saying anything and ten minutes later a security guard came with keys to a new room. Room was not in the same building and we had to call to find out which building room was in. We had to load car back up and move all our stuff to new room. (2 people and a baby) Facility outside of room is dirty. Example during our 3 night stay elevator had food all over floor. It was never cleaned. The hallways are very narrow and hard to navigate with carts (there are stairs and very narrow ramp to rooms) walls are covered in scratches from the carts. Overall my recommendation is don’t stay here there are nicer hotels in area for same price or less. Service was poor and some of the staff is rude and unprofessional. Not what I expected for the brand.

This is a large property and not completely handicap accessible as there are many steps and you have to go a long way around to reach all areas, and sometimes that meant going outside and around. Our rooms were connecting, but again not accessible with the small door that goes between so we had to go out into the hallway each time we wanted to move between rooms with the chair. Our door to the balcony in one of our rooms had a large gap that moved each time the door to the hallway or the other balcony door was opened and a stiff breeze could be felt through it. When we asked for maid service on our second night they only left one facecloth in each of our 2 rooms and we numbered 5 adults and one child. They did not replenish the coffee or the coffee cups. We stayed in premium rooms with pool views. I would not recommend this if you do not want to listen to loud music and people in the pool until 10 p.m. as the rooms are not very sound proof to the outside. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. This resort is very spread out and the elevator was a very long walk from our room so if you have a walking disability make sure you ask for a room closest to the elevators. The ammenities are great for kids with a kid friendly hot tub, splash pad, indoor and outdoor pool and a small indoor play area for kids, but be aware it wasn't accessible. We enjoyed our stay, but not enough to return to stay in this same hotel and will try another when we return to Amish Country.

The absolute worst experience at a hotel. Staff wouldnt answer a call to the front desk. When they did answer, they completely ignored a simple request for toilet paper...3 phone calls & over 2 hrs...still no toilet paper...actually had to go to the front desk, screaming like a lunatic for someone to finally go in the room right behind the desk & give me toilet paper...1st room also had a toilet that didnt work & 2nd room had an air conditioner that didnt work properly...we travel all over the country on vacations...will never stay at a Wyndham ever again

The property is nice with lots of potential, the pool is very nice, it would be nice if they had a poolside bar and food especially since they don't allow outside food. The biggest issue was the dust om the floor we were, probably due to poor air filtration you can smell it. Manger was nice enough to move us to a differt floor with less dust and it was nice to have the upgraded room.

We loved this house! It appeared to be pretty new. It was perfectly clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed. The furniture is super comfy! We would have loved to have stayed longer! The shower in the master bathroom was awesome! Great house!

The hotel was nice and a good size property. It was a good hotel especially if you are traveling with kids because of the play area outdoors and indoor play area. I also loved that the property had an indoor and outdoor pool. The area is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The bartenders at the on property bar and outside bar were extremely nice although not all staff was so pleasant. Overall nice stay and would stay again.
