Apartment, not hotell.

i waited 1 hr before someone checked me in. Hot water system was broken, had to shower in the cold. Pool's visibility less than 2m. Bad experience i had to leave and change to another hotel. Stayed less than 5 hrs, booked 2 nights.

My name is Ignacio. The host had very poor comunicacion with me, he didn't answer my messages. It didn't gave us information about the place. We didn't have hot water for almost 2 days. No hands soap, very little shampoo on shower.. We stayed 5 nights and they only went one time to clean up the room. In general, for the place we got it didn't woth the money what we paid. The place it needs a lot of improvements, to be high standards for what they charge.
