When we got to room there were dead bugs in the window sill, poop in the toilette , hair in the shower and the room had a bad smell. I was not going to complain as it was the only room available in the Saskatoon area for that day.

it is an older motel but clean. the one thing lacking is a good strong internet had to go to office to hook up and lost it when i went into the room which wasn't that far from the office I guess most people have data but I don't so was a problem

Quiet, near a nice sports bar and pizza place. The outside is really cute. Some wear and tear in the room, but it's amazing for the price. Would recommend

The staff and owners are such great amd friendly people. Our room was spacious but the walls need washing and maybe some paint and the bathroom floor needs some grouting done. It's close to a park (right across the road) as well as a pizza place, a lounge and the gas station. The bed was ok, the fridge worked and the AC definitely blew cold! Each room is pet friendly which makes it hard for anyone with allergies but they don't have carpet so it's not as bad as it could be and if you call ahead to let them know you are allergic to animals they'll double check the room for you before you arrive. They are very accommodating, super friendly and inexpensive and I know I'll be back again over the summer months.

A very affordable alternative to staying in Saskatoon, minutes west on Hwy 16. Well worth the extra kilometres all things considered, vehicle security for one!
