1st day of arrival it rained in the middle of the night. We woke up and saw the table with our items on were all wet because there was a leak in the roof. Contact front desk and the Duty Manager said they will do something about it, but it never rained as heavily again throughout our stay so we wouldn't know if it got fixed (or the DM actually held the rain back).
3rd day of stay, after the gym session and breakfast, headed back for a shower and found there's no water. Same, contacted front desk... and then we got water... albeit started off brown till clear water was received. Took about an hour.
There's also no shelter path from the carpark (we rented a car) to the main lobby, so 1st 2 days we got soaked trying to get back to the room when it rained.
Other than that... We only had breakfast included so it was pretty normal, both the asian and western options, and each and some of the other... But lack of control meant other guests could walk in on their own, and we have several times where people would sit at our table even after we had left our drinks and food on it to show there's people sitting.
And of cos we understand guests cannot be controlled where they'll push their prams and use the same hands to grab the food without using the tongs or spatulas...
Shower space is large with bathtub, and the changing area is attached to the shower area which is a nice touch.
