They could let adults in the Jacuzzi all night because the kids are annoying. The cards stopped working before 11 o'clock so if you're gathering your things around 10 AM, you're gonna lock yourself out of the room and need to go to the front desk to bug the guy. I didn't have the breakfast I skipped, but the other comfort inn, in okeomis has good breakfast, however, they don't have a pool, the west side of Lansing is the place with the pool. Windowsills were dirty. It was overall mid but ok for price.

The hotel seemed nice and clean when we arrived. I originally had booked a handicap room by mistake, so they changed us to a non-handicap room. This room never should have been rented. The bathroom looked like it once was a crime scene. There was, what looked like, dried blood on the bathroom wallpaper. The towel bar was ripped out of the wall. The holes were still there but no towel bar. The carpet in front of the TV had a horrible stain. I think they need to redo this room before they rent it out again.

Room and carpet very tore up window had a big crack in it , soon as I walked in , asked if they could replace it . Would not change a screen so I could open window up for air during the day ... When asked to have my room cleaned , said they would come but never did for weeks , pulling teeth to get service .. only when they felt like it . Horrible mgr . Except for Sam .. he was caring always polite , Breakfast area pretty good but running out of things constantly not ordered ahead in time , not replaced for weeks . Breakfast girl was very cordial very attentive if asked for anything

The clerk was very courteous and the room was very clean and fresh smelling. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not real hot but it was still good and a good variety to choose from. Definitely would recommend to others
