Room was dirty, carpet in the entire Hotel needs a professional cleaning. Will not be booking any Comfort Inn Hotels anymore this one gave a bad impression in my mind. So not going to go try another one

Room neglected AF! NEEDS A DEEEEEEPPPPP clean. Staff was very friendly. But that room was nasty. The air conditioning/heating unit was so gross with nasty all over. The carpet ick. The tv didnt work. All staff was super friendly tho.

Staff and check-in were great! The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were empty pop bottles under the bed, the shower and toilet were dirty and the jacuzzi also needed to be cleaned before use. The mirrors were also damaged. But overall it was a quiet stay.

bathroom door handle fell off day 1. took to maintenance, replaced door handle and it fell off, again. took to maintenance, day 3- still no handle to the bathroom door -blow dryer, plugged in, switched on. nothing. pressed the reset on the socket, nothing. reset on dryer, nothing. both same time, still nothing. took to maintenance and they did not have a spare. -toilet continued to fill and drain and fill and fill and fill and drain drain. the leaky noise and refill echoed through the room and because there was only half a handle -the pool was so heavily chlorinated or bromine that my grandson broke out in a rash and had to have eye drops and water flush outs/ he is 4 and swims like a fish at the YMCA -the check out staff was nice -breakfast staff was very sweet and helpful with items

First, let me start off by saying, management needs a wake up call. Good morning, how are you? Second, we should have read the reviews. We came to stay for one night to go snow tubing for my daughters 7th birthday. Check in was great, the guy at the counter was nice. However, thats where the list of good kind of comes to an end. I went to grab a luggage cart and was met with "that cart isnt going to do anyone any good since the elevator is non functioning. Then found out we were on the third floor. We also had a friend who booked, her room door lock did not funtion and management knew. Their options were to leave the door propped open, or go to the desk where the agent would come up with the door lock programmer to open it. Neither of our rooms should have been put out to rent. I understand you're remodeling, but the rooms only have the bathrooms done so far. And not well at that.. my faucet to my bathroom sink was not even attatched to the counter. There was candle wax on the wall, and carpet. The wall by the trash can was appling. the beds were GROSS. URINE, BLOOD, SWEAT, ECT. at 11pm the kids refused to get in the bed because they said it was gross. We went to the desk to get a new set of sheets, mattress cover and pillows. The new cover did not fit the bed. On top of that, the tv in the living area was literally flopping around like am unsupported newborn babies head. We called and asked to have it looked at. They ended up propping it up with a pool towel. Avoid this one.

Clean rooms. They are remodeling so things are a bit disjointed. Bathroom in our room was redone, but the desk chair was really ratty. Breakfast was great.
