Staff was friendly and very helpful! Housekeeping services were very good. We didn't realize that there are no ice makers for guest use. It was hot while were were in Michigan and our room ac unit required service twice. We liked the location and the decor. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed.

Absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff was friendly, it was in a great area close to everything downtown, and the room had everything I needed. If I had to make one complaint it would be that the full length mirror was in a bad spot. Kind of in a shadowy area of the room so hard to see anything in it. But i even went up to the rooftop bar and it was nice up there. The wrap i had was surprisingly delicious.

I liked the close proximity to campus and stores along Grand River. The hotel was very clean and had most of the basics covered. Valet service was really the only convenient option for parking. The roof top bar was only open until 12:00 a.m. and they wouldn’t let anyone in after 11:00 p.m., which was not very accommodating, especially on a football game night. Door was managed by security instead of hotel staff. Next time, I will look for other hotels that are close to campus.

It is the only hotel I stay at when visiting MSU. We’ve been loyal customers since they opened. I hope the Hilton brand doesn’t change what makes the Graduate brand special.

Nice, unique, homey style decor. I worried about rowdy noise after the MSU football game because room was in front of the elevator doors. I heard no noise while in my room. Very nice. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful yet understaffed. A few times I arrived at the front desk and no one was present. Other times, there’d be long lines waiting as there was only one staff person. Often, if there were two staffers present, one would be on the phone. Ugh.
