Overall, the property was very nice to stay at, the rooms were very nice and I had a very good view. The staff was excellent. I wasn’t able to try the food unfortunately just because I was able to have many options around me that I found more convenient. Parking was a little bit annoying just because I didn’t realize that the valet was mandatory however, there are parking garages nearby that are about a third of the price they’re just like maybe a five minute walk so that’s not too bad. It was a very clean place. Everything was nice and tidy everything smelt nice and the lobby always smells like coffee, which is very nice to me might not be good to you, but I thought it was awesome. Overall very excellent experience. I more than likely would stay with them again.

The staff was ill prepared and unfriendly on a weekend that they knew would be very busy. The parking app did not work, causing delays in retriving cars and lost luggage. No one took ownership of the backup in the lobby to assist with the issue. Basic customer service like welcoming quests, or saying thank you, or how can I assist was lacking. Most staff seems like hung over students. Breakfast at the top of the Rock expensive and cold. A second coffee bar instead would have eased the ability for traveling quests to have a bite to eat before they departed.
