Room had no bathtub. Switched rooms and trash was not emptied (sanitary napkins in trashcan). Two hours later used bathroom and toilet did not flush Called front desk for plunger. Was informed I had to come and get, only 1 staff member. Toilet still does not flush. Only after 3-4 flushed. Terrible anniversary!

This is our go to hotel when we are in the Lansing area for sporting events, shopping or a quiet weekend get away

We could hear the men in the room next to us very clearly. Watching sports, yelling, belching etc. We moved into the other part of our room and slept on the hideaway bed. Then in the morning their alarm was going for 2 hours starting at 5am. Will NOT stay here again, or recommend it

The lobby area was comfortable and clean. Service was great. The room needed much in upgrades. The bathroom tube and flooring was not clean. The carpet had many stains.

On arrival I requested being moved to a king room as we only needed one bed( our other guest cancelled). The front desk young man was very accommodating as he was " negative one double " on his reservation sheet.Great for both parties. Unfortunately, something went amiss in the exchange and we were awaken at 4:30 am with a poor man toting a suitcare who successfully unlocked our door attempting to enter our room. He quickly saw the error but I was unable to get back to sleep after the disturbance. The front desk did not find this situation as unnerving as I did

Overall great choice for us.

This hotel was in a safe area, close to the expressway. The room was spacious and confortable. Breakfast included hot foods like scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Staff were extremely helpful. Staff were very helpful. The lights in the bedroom did not come on, and staff persin suggested looking for a circuit breaker on an outlet. We did indeed find that the GFCI had been tripped on that wall in the living room.
