Stay was nice, room was clean and comfortable. No housekeeping for three days unless you call for service. Would have liked trash pickup and fresh towels at a minimum. Staff were friendly. Breakfast good.

I enjoyed my stay there but wasnt too happy with house keeping. I stayed there for 3 nights and when housekeeping came instead of changing out my sheets they just remade tge bed using the same bed sheets. That was very disappointing.

The tiles above shower were a little dirty and some material fell into shower but that only happened once - easily fixed with a new ceiling tile. Staff were great and breakfast was terrific!

We came to Lansing from Windsor with our son who wanted to try the food at Raising Caines (OMG-the chicken did not disappoint). We stayed at Quality Suites here in Lansing and what a terrific place. There was lots of parking, and from the time we walked in the door we were greeted by Angie at the front desk. She went over and above, making sure that if we needed anything during our stay, that she and the staff were there for us. The room was very clean with all the amenities needed. The area was very quite and we slept well. The hotel was only a 20 minute drive to MSU area, and 15 minutes from Old Town. The young lady who looked after and served breakfast was very welcoming and pleasant! We talked about local sites and she was very enthusiastic about sharing her favourite spots to visit. If you’re traveling to this area and looking for a clean place to stay with welcoming staff then you must stay here!

My first room still had a maintenance bucket and mod podge in it, it seemed like the maintenance guy just abandoned the job a while back and left the room. Front Desk was kind but had no idea what was going on. The second room I got had an obvious smoke smell in the bathroom, like the last person who stayed there had just holed up in there to smoke. Not sure why the housekeeping didn't notice. Front Desk again was very kind and helpful - she brought some powerful smoke-removing air freshener. Overall the property itself seemed very nice in the lobby and dining area, but lacked care taken in the individual rooms. The air conditioner was so loud when starting up that someone on the phone with me said "what was that?!"

The air control was noisy with a compressor-like shutoff clunk. The hairdryer fan didn't work, but the heater coil did and was smoking like it was going to start on fire! Very comfortable bed though. I slept well even with the occasional clunk of the air control.

Highly recommend this hotel!
This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in years! Spotless and the front desk was so kind, helpful and informative. The ladies at the front desk, both evening and morning, bent over backwards to help me and I am so greatly appreciative to them for that! It was a stressful stay due to sending my son off to BMT but they were so comforting and answered all of my questions! I was so impressed at how clean this hotel was, they have officially raised the bar for me, for any future stays in hotels!
