A hidden gem
We were really impressed with this Quality Inn! The lobby is really nice, wide open, good gathering spaces. The rooms are BIG! While they are "double" instead of "queen" beds, the multiple rooms are roomy. Breakfast was also good, and any worker we came upon was helpful and super nice. Very impressed and will return for the price!

The area is great and the staff is great. Not noisy at all. My only complaint is that the room was 80° when I first arrived (it was only 50 outside) and would not get below 75 after 6 hours. I ended up opening a window in order to sleep. The next day it sat around 73 until I opened a window again that night.

When I arrived the room was 77° it was so hot, I tried to cool it down to 67 however it never got lower than 72. If the rooms take this long to cool down to a decent temperature perhaps turning off the heating and cooling isn’t such a great idea,

Don't stay here!! We stayed one awful night and barely slept due to the aircon having been turned off, despite the very warm weather. The result was a room at 80°F!! The window in the room wouldnt open either. We all felt ill by the morning. There were long black hairs on the furniture and on clean towels in the room, and fries under the cushions on the dilapidated sofa bed. The shower didn't work well and the bath spout moved out of the wall when the shower plunger was pushed! Breakfast was poor, waffle mixture had run out, poor choice of cereals and hot food despite being served to you was not great. Breakfast area furniture is fit for a dumpster. We've stayed at several other Quality Inns/Suites during our vacation and they were all far better than this one. There are multiple hotels nearby so do yourself a favour and choose one of those.

I was very pleased when I walked into the lobby to check in for my stay 29-30 Oct 2024. Decor is updated and lobby area was very spacious. In addition, I was mostly pleased with my room 412. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. There was one stain on the couch and one on the floor but overall, no other deficiencies with any of the furnishings in the room. Big drawback was no AC. I didn't sleep well all night. Putting a menopausal woman in a room at 81 degrees with no AC is not a good combination:) I thought it was just my room until I went to breakfast in the morning and overheard other guests saying the hotel had turned off all of the AC. Also, I asked for a receipt when I checked out in the morning and was told, it would be emailed to me. So far, no receipt and I need it to get reimbursed for work travel. Guess, I'll call and see if I can get a receipt. Overall, I would stay here again as long as there was AC.

The room/suite was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The temperature was easy to regulate. In the morning, the breakfast offered was plentiful, though little flavor-same with the coffee. But, I would stay there again.

Very spacious rooms!
Very nice rooms and hotel. Only issue with my specific room was it was an 80 degree day. The room temp showed 81 and was no air flow. Everytime we tried to turn on the air, it would come on for 30 seconds and then shut off. Luckily we brought our own fan and opened a window. Figured it out the next morning. If it is set to auto fan, it does not stay on even if you set the temp to cooler than the room temp and shuts off. Make sure you set the fan to just the in position and you will be fine! ☺️ Our room has a separate living area. Super nice of you are a late night or morning person and your significant other is not. They serve hot and cold breakfast. There were scrabbled eggs, sausage, potatoes, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, biscuits, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Very convenient location and walkable to restaurants and stores. I would stay here again
