Room was nice and clean. The rest of the hotel needs updating. Courtyard looked like a garbage dump. Hot tub not working. Old stained carpet in hotel hallways. Breakfast was typical. Had variety. Game room, exercise room, ball rooms, pool, etc. Diamond in the rough. Just needs some updating.

I feel the property had great pictures online but once I got there and checked in the property looked nothing like the pictures and was very rundown. I feel it was not properly represented and had I known that I would have not payed for that and stayed there. I feel duped and like I wasted close to $400.00

We picked this hotel specifically for pet friendly...no mention of NON refundable deposit. Otherwise, basic nice place. Pool had black mold and we had the firealarm go off 3 times in 2 days. Last time was 346 am. False alarm

They were sold out for Mich State game had to wait for the room, but was able to get in just before 4pm. The pool had algae growing on the sides. The hot tube was closed.

Don’t even bother…
We checked into our hotel, went to our room and within 5 minutes we checked out. The room was DISGUSTING! The 2nd floor smelled like urine as soon as we walked off the elevator. The carpet in the elevator was so dirty. There was trash left in the room on a chair, the bathroom was filthy, the room was full of dust, and there was some sort of sticky residue on the desk in the room. The lady at the front desk was nice and offered to send housekeeping up but we had already booked another room elsewhere.

Pool was absolutely disgusting, Bedding was filthy and smelled like sweat. Bathroom was dirty and rusty, towels had hair on it. Kids loud and running around past “quiet time” staff was extremely rude.

Not updated at all. Hot water in the shower was a trickle, complained about it and nothing was done, the handle of the shower was 2 inches lose from the shower wall. Strong marijuana smell in the elevator corridor and elevators. Breakfast was free but not good.Do not recommend and will not stay there again !

The building is in bad shape. Large piece of stucco ceiling in room was falling. Elevator walls missing pieces. Carpet was recently cleaned - could smell the cleaning solution. Bathroom floor was dirty. Blanket was dirty. I really wanted to like this hotel because the front desk staff was so good but I just couldn’t.

Hotel was not very clean there was garbage all over the outside carpet was stained and dirty. Breakfast looked horrible we actually ended up going out for breakfast. On a bright note the staff was friendly and courteous. Probably wouldn't ever stay there again.
