The only thing I liked was that it was a short stay. Sheets were dirty with cigarette burns, room smelled like nothing but cigarettes, bathroom door would not stay closed or lock, they left 1 bath towel for a 4 person stay, 1 roll of toilet paper. Definitely not worth what we paid! First and last time here.

Needed cleaner room

My first room smelled like smoke and had fleas. It was not as clean as I would have liked. The second room was smoke-free and flea-free, but still not as clean as I would have expected. From my first room, I spent the night wondering if the itch was just an itch or an insect.

My room was not clean. There was hair in the sink and shower. Some outlets didn't work. Floor had not been cleaned, food on it from previous customer. Told staff my concerns and they didn't appear to care. Laighed at me when I asked about continental breakfast.

The staff were very polite and friendly, and they were helpful. Otherwise, I'd have rated only one star. I had to go to the front desk THREE times because the key to the room stopped working. Each time they fixed it right away, but it was an annoying inconvenience. The property is badly run down. Lots of people hanging around outside their rooms smoking. The bed sheets had smudges on them of indeterminate origin. The bedspread had stains and smudges. One pillowcase had a small drop of a blood stain on it. Very gross. The bathroom and sink were clean. The TV remote was slow and there was no channel guide provided. My room had only a desk chair and lacked a comfortable chair to sit in, so it was impossible to relax. The mattress was only fair. They don't have daily maid service. Front desk said it was available upon request. I can't recommend this property.

Red Roof Inn

Room did not look well cleaned. There was dirt on the floor and hair in the tub. The tv had a line down the screen and the remote would not work. Called about the remote twice before finally being offered another room. That room was slightly nicer and a little cleaner looking.
