Staff was amazing. Heating in room was almost too good, no happy medium. But, once warmed up, it was pretty good for the night. Bartender Bree was THE BEST and she made a great drink too!! Great beds!!

The room was very clean as was the pool. What stood out the most was the young lady at the front desk. I have a great-granddaughter who very, very active. The desk clerk was EXTREMELY kind and patient with Renley. She restores faith in mankind for sure.

The room was spotless. The staff at front desk was very courteous. They allowed me to check in a little early. Only two things that I could find with my room: the mattress was too soft, and there were no hooks in the bathroom.

Hotel was very nice! Some small things that could be improved is the temperature in the pool cause it’s say heated but wasn’t very warm. The other thing I would say needs improvement is the towels in the room for showering. They were very small & had to use 2 to dry off. One thing that was awesome is having a nice view of the Polar Express train moving around

Overall, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It looked like someone was in a hurry to clean. There were little pieces of paper on the floor and an old Chapstick under the heater. I’ve stayed here multiple times and usually the rooms are better. Check in was easy and the desk clerks are always very friendly.
