The room was clean and well equipped with items. The coffee machine was dreadful and didn't seem to work. The hotel was very well themed and had a lovely stay!

Overall I think this hotel is ok. Rooms were clean, service was good. My party and I did not manage to eat here as we spent most of our time at the park. That said, we've also stayed at the Disneyland hotel and preferred it there. This one was certainly more busy but my family and I prefer a quieter hotel. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay but would probably go back to the Disneyland hotel next time.

Great value for money if you'd visit Disney. the rate is even cheaper than some other hotels on the HK island and it is super convenient to disney itself. Everything else is pretty good as well. The only downside is without leaving the property you cant really get much other food options so you will need to rely mostly on hotel/ park meals which are generally ok but overpriced as usual

The hotel was very clean and well taken are of. The front desk check-in staff member was friendly and quick. She even had a birthday button for me even though I had not told them ahead of time that it was my birthday. She did however accidentally circle the wrong building on the map where our room was but this was easily corrected by us about 2 minutes later. The room was very spacious and well appointed. They are trying to minimize plastic waste so the room had it's own water purifier which was very handy and saved us from having to buy extra water or use extra plastic bottles. We did have an issue with the WIFI refusing to connect to our devices randomly and it took some fiddling with settings on our end to get this working. This happened several times over the few days hat we were there. The breakfast buffet was well worth the money and had a huge selection of foods. We would definitely stay here again.

Recommended for family with toddler

It’s definitely worth staying. The staff are very friendly. The location is convenient, shuttle bus to the park and subway is located at the hotel front door. The restaurant is very expensive in the hotel, the buffet breakfast is worth the money if you take it as a brunch and take the opportunity to interact with Disney friend. My 23months son had a very happy time playing with Donald Duck. A big thank you to the staff!

This hotel was well worth the price. We stayed at the end of September for 2 nights. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and spacious. We ate at the buffet breakfast and it has a large selection of western and Asian cusine. Is a bit pricy for children who do not eat much food. However when on holidays you expect to eat out a majority of the time. We stayed in a Seaview room and I recommend this. Was a lovely view. The room in general is quite spacious. Love all the small details in the room and the furnishings/artwork. Definitely utilise the Disney shuttle bus. The humidity makes walking to Disneyland unbearable. Again we travelled at the end of September. It is worth purchasing small hand held fans especially if you are with small children or simply not used to the humidity.

The stay in itself was good and really wish we could stay here again. Our issue was somewhat unique, we flew in at 7pm for a 2 night stay beforebheading to another country for the bulk of our holidays. We had been tracking the imminent typhoon Ragasa and our airline requested us to leave a day early to avoid the airport closure. This resulted in us checking out within 24hrs. And not staying the 2nd night. A refund of our 2nd night was denied, hotels.com were very helpful it must be said, and when we return to Hong Kong next week, we will not stay with them again. Its disappointing that a company will stick to their t&c's to the letter even when a natural disaster occurs. In summary, great place to take the family but beware of unforseen events and how you will be treated.

Great, well maintained hotel that can cater to your every requirement. The hotel could benefit from having a gym on the premises, and the 8th floor windows shouldn't be blocked so that guests with young children who couldnt stay at Disneyland until 8pm can view the fireworks from the hotel. Staff are also openly watching guests at the breakfast buffet - please give guests some space whilw they enjoy their meals. Overall a great family stay, with plenty of free activities for families.

The Disney property is impeccable, as with all things Disney. Reception and foyer are very clean with a welcoming fresh scent in the air. Rooms are very large and spotlessly clean. Plenty of fresh towels and the amenities are good. Bed was very comfortable and linens were quality cotton, although the extremely firm latex type pillows are quite uncomfortable - often leaving us with stiff necks in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to parks is comfortable and runs very regularly - we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in either direction. Food and drinks are very expensive in all of the dining options. All in all a lovely experience and we'll definitely return.
