I didn't like that fact, I was assigned a room for persons with special needs, in a buffet they charge for your food while your eating, I asked if they can wait until was done they said they couldn't, one time hace a dinner a insect was flying around my food, and a end up in my food.

I like the hotel fragrance as you walk in, the room decor puts you into Disney mood outside of the park. Hotel guests have a separate line for Disneyland’s entrance which was convenient.

Hollywood hotel was very clean and bright. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Being away from the city, they charged a premium for meals which was not ideal. If they brought down the price of food due to its limited selection in the area, the hotel would be perfect.

This hotel is perfect for Big Marvel fans! The rooms are a good size, very family friendly, and the dining is very good. The transportation to the park and other Hotels was very easy and the staff overall were very helpful and welcoming.

Overall really nice, I enjoyed my stay. I didn't like that the shower was combined with the bath tub. For such a very expensive hotel I expected something more classy. Also level 9 the floor we stayed on had a very terrible smell in the corridor.
