Welcoming and very good value

Franck is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed overnight at Hotel Inn Design, Laon, 5 times and find it excellent value for the price. It's very clean, bed is comfortable and it's only a short walk to Aldi and Carrefour supermarkets.

For the price, this was an amazing stay. The check in is late- which was tough- but the staff are so friendly and the room was clean. I recommend staying here as an inexpensive and pet and family friendly option.

We were expecting and happy with basic room for the price. BUT unfortunately it was truly awful. The bathroom was really dirty and the sewerage smell was dreadful . It was so late on arrival and we were exhausted we reluctantly stayed the night but got up really early and left for another hotel. Each to their own but it wasn't for us.

Cet hôtel demande un rafraîchissement pour les fenêtres : l’air froid rentre, très petite salle de bain vétuste . Seul point positif : bonne literie et oreiller Petit déjeuner de premier prix mais quand même vendu à 9€ c’est trop cher
