Stay highly recommended

This was our second stay at the hotel. As expected, it was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. We didn't face any issue. Location is great. Close to public transport. Iso Christina Mall is at walkable distance. Very close to Lake Saima.

Lovely stay at this property. Helpful service from the reception team. Rooms are very comfortable and had all the linen etc you could ask for. VERY short walk to the marina area. If you’re a traveller with mobility concerns, consider how you would walk around town as it is at the bottom of a hill.

Ihana, rauhallinen paikka. Erittäin hyvä aamupala, pieniä erikoisuuksia, muttei turhaan kaikkea, mitkä ei välttämättä ole hyviä. Laatu oli aamiaisella kohdillaan. Miinuksena majoittumisesta, tulimme pitkästä matkaa ja olimme muutaman tunnin aikasemmin ja meille sanottiin, että n. tunnin päästä voitte majoittua ilman lisämaksua. Halusimme kuitenkin päästä heti majoittumaan, koska halusimme mennä valmistautumaan ylioppilasjuhliin. Tässä kohtaa meiltä kuitenkin veloitettiin kahden tunnin lisämaksu, mikä oli vähän yllättävää.

Yhden yön kokemus

Yöpymistapahtuma oli oikein hyvä. Sähköautoille oli vain yksi hidaslatauspaikka hotellin pysäköintialueella vaikka hotellin tiedoissa mainitaan kahdesta paikasta. Tämä oli pettymys, sillä hotellin lähellä ei ollut muita latauspaikkoja lähistöllä.

Vierailimme yhden yön. Kokemus oli oikein positiivinen. Huone oli siisti ja toimi yhden yön yöpymiseen hyvin. Vastaanotto tullessamme oli hiukan tökerö. Mutta lähtöpäivän asiakaspalvelu oli oikein positiivinen. Aamupala oli juurikin riittävä ja sopivan monipuolinen ja positiivista että arkenakin aamupala kesti klo 10.30 asti.
