The property is dated and Ibiza restaurant was under renovation, so option for hotel dining was very limited. Food and beverages were average in my opinion. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I initially booked for 4 nights but ended up staying for 10nights. I regretted moving to a different hotel for a change. The staff all of them from housekeeping, to the ones at the breakfast buffet, guest services- they’ve all been so accommodating. Their warmth & hospitality is what I truly loved about my stay- that’s why i kept extending. I also felt safe & comfortable all throughout my stay. I’ve always stayed here every time I come home and that won’t change. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back in the future. Special thanks to Sheena & Cheezy for being so helpful regarding my needs to ensure my stay would be a great experience. I really appreciate it! P.S Everything would’ve been perfect if there was a bidet by the toilet 😊

On the plus side, the staff was absolutely wonderful, the breakfast was good, and the pool and beach area was a wonderful place to relax. The room itself and bed was comfortable albeit a bit dated. I would definitely return again, perhaps with a bit more time to enjoy all of the beauty the area has to offer. On the less than positive side, the Movenpick was clearly a top tier property in its day, but it is still suffering from some adverse impacts from a cyclone a few years back. The beach club is closed and doesn't look close to opening, much of the property has boarded up windows, and there is a mildew smell in the halls.

I know it's often easier to give all 5 Stars, and not even read the Categories, but i did read them and Movenpick Exceeded in all Areas. Everything about my stay was Picture Perfect. My room was Elagant. The Property Immaculate. And the food Divine. Sadly, I'm on a No Meat Diet, so i was limited on what i could eat, but surprisingly every Vegetarian Meal the served was so delicious i truly forgot i was dieting. But of everything, what i Truly enjoyed the most was the Staff. Their Kindness and Attentiveness made my stay at a Five Star Resort feel like a Wholesome B&B. Ive been to nice places that 'Care For' their guest. But this Staff 'Cares About' their Guest. I look forward to my Return.
