Great staff
The staff are great. They have welcomed us from the airport and drived us back to departure. Not enought socket though. We only had one in our room. Anyway, It’s convenient. The price is right.

First of all can not say enough about the staff; their friendliness and helpfulness is unparalleled. The rooms were cleaned and our belongings were not disturbed. The breakfast that was complimentary every morning was first rate. I will be returning to the Philippines fairly soon and the Bellavista will be where I stay.

The sink was leaking. There was a dirty towel left on the floor to absorb the water??? Comfort room near function room was really dirty and no toilet paper. No hand dryer. Public CR should be checked and serviced regularly because some people do not know how to seat on the toilet.

Love that there’s hot water right away, but bathroom could be a little better, sink needs update, not sure where the funky smell is coming from, bed is comfortable. somehow TV needs a maintenance person to turn it on, otherwise, no big deal. Love the ambiance of the lobby and the restaurant. Food menu could be better; overall, I had a great stay, thank you to the staff for being wonderful!

Very convenient to the airport. Long walks to food shops. Hotel has very good food. Bring your own tea as there is no free tea.. Coffee is available and free. No coffee or tea or kettle in the rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Close to the airport however you're better off staying at a high rise hotel due to the noise from street level. Saturday into Sunday morning was extremely loud and first thing 6am Sunday there was some band rehearsal in the hotel's conference room. We experienced a restless night and paid for it during the day with the lack of sleep we needed. Best to get high rise hotels anywhere in a big city.

Breakfast deals very good and free shuttle service is an A+ But the shower room was filthy dirty soapy
Toilet seat was smaller than the size of the toilet and it’s wiggly very uncomfortable to used the toilet, the shower head water flow very slow and old shower head The shower room floor feels like soapy gross taking a shower in a dirty shower room
