DO NOT STAY Roach, Motel Checked in, went to go check my room for cleanliness being that I have a four-year-old upon further inspection of the room. Bed was dirty. Had stains on it walking out to tell them to give me a different room, roaches, crawling all over the kitchen sink very gross and disgusting. Demanding my money back and told him I will not stay in a roach motel. The owner refuses to give my money back because he offered me a different room. That is ridiculous. Do not stay.

I had a family emergency and had to check out two days early due to having to leave to go see my family. Desk clerk would not refund my stay for those two days. I told him it was a family emergency and had a family member put in the hospital. I told him that I would be coming back as soon as my family is okay, but he talked to manager and was told not to refund me. This is terrible and I have never stayed on a property that wouldn’t refund someone’s money back, especially due to a family emergency.
