One night stay - hopefully will return
Stayed here on way back to Bilbao - well placed - less than 30 miles to get there for early sailing. Not cheap but (1) the view from our room was outstanding, and (2) the food in the restaurant very tasty

El hotel tiene unas vistas espectaculares de Laredo, y la ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar del centro, ya que en 15 minutos andando te plantas en el casco histórico. El personal ha sido muy amable y comprensivo con nosotros y en las camas hemos dormido como enanos. Muy recomendable, seguramente volvamos seguro a pasar otro finde al Risco.

Anticuado, le falta una remodelación, sobretodo al baño de la habitación. No hay insonorización, se oye todo lo que pasa fiera de la habitación y en habitaciones contiguas. El desayuno ni se os ocurra, mejor ir a algún bar de Laredo. Muy caro para lo que es. Supongo que en su momento, allà en los años 50-60, debía de ser lo más. Eso sí las vistas de Laredo desde la habitación espectaculares!!!

Einfach und für Durchreise geeignet...nicht mehr!
Sehr einfaches Hotel. Für die Durchreise gut geeignet. Ausserhalb von Laredo und nahe der Autobahn gelegen. Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und so auch das Personal...sehr liebenswürdig aber eben nicht mehr...nicht sehr professionell. Alles wird sofort verrechnet...kein Kredit den Kunden und Zahlung am Schluss der Reise....auch der Parkplatz musste zusätzlich bezahlt werden...sollte entsprechend der Lage den Kunden für den Aufenthalt gratis zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Kleine aber zweckgerechte einfache Zimmer...eben 3 Sterne und nicht mehr. Ich glaube nicht, dass wir hier nochmals übernachten werden....das Verhältnis Preis/Leistung war eben nicht entsprechend auch im Vergleich zu den lokalen Hotels in Laredo....das gleiche gilt für die Küche....eine Paella für zwei Personen für EUR 46.00 finde ich an der obersten Grenze....auch der Qualität entsprechend. Aber das Personal war sehr freundlich.

El hotel es bonito y lo q más me ha gustado son las vistas... desde el hotel se ve todo Laredo No he quedado contenta ya q cuando lo cogí ponía q tenía servicio bar y restaurante...y cuando llegamos ns dijeron q el desayuno lo teníamos q reservar xq sino hasta cierta hora no se abre el bar.....también a la tarde-noche queríamos tomarnos una cerveza y como estaban atendiendo cenas m dejaron claro q tardarían.....tardaron un montón y parecía q encima ns hacían un favor.... Igual el problema es el poco personal...no lo sé...yo no volvere Escribo esto xq creo q es necesario q mejore en este aspecto, ya que por lo q pague esperaba otra cosa (y eso q lo cogí con oferta)

Wir sind mit den Fahrrädern auf einer Rundreise in Spanien unterwegs. Dies war das einzoge Hotel das Gebühren zum abstellen der Fahrräder (EUR 4,50) verlangte. Das zum Frühstück bestellte Toast war total verbrannt.

Habitación sin luz, sucia y con insectos
Como sólo dispongo de 1500 caracteres seré breve: Llegamos y al firmar la habitación observamos que nos la habían cambiado porque en la reserva estaba la habitación tachada a bolígrafo y nos dieron otra habitación. Dicha habitación no tenía luz y estaba desde mi punto de vista algo sucia. La única solución que nos da un camarero porque no había ningún responsable en ese momento es que entremos en otra de otro cliente que no ha llegado. En la habitación nos negamos a quedarnos porque estaba sucia, los baños sin limpiar, con insectos…, nos dicen que hasta las 20/21 no estará la dueña. Volvemos a las 21 después de estar 4/5 horas fuera y al pedir la llave preguntamos y nos dice la dueña que la habitación sigue sin luz y al quejarnos se pone súper borde con nosotros diciendo que no es su culpa, que ha llamado al electricista y que vendrá cuando pueda… Mientras esperamos otros clientes tenían el justificante de las reservas y no tenían habitación, otros clientes quejándose de hormigas en la habitación…, al ver el panorama solicitamos en varias ocasiones una hoja de reclamaciones y se niega a facilitárnosla y cada vez se pone más borde con nosotros, hasta el punto que tampoco nos quiere devolver el dinero ni nos deja las llaves para sacar las maletas. Ante esa situación tuvimos que llamar a la policía local y al final conseguimos nuestras maletas, la devolución del dinero y la hoja de reclamaciones gracias a los agentes, teniendo que buscar otro hotel a las 22:30 de la noche.

No me gusto que en la última noche de las cuatro que pasamos , nos dejaran en el baño una toalla sucia y encima sin cambiar , el dia de partida al depositar las llaves no habia nadie en la recepción

El hotel del horror
Es un hotel con mucho olor a humedad ,las habitaciones tienen una tele minúsculas.bichos y mucha suciedad.La tapa del baño rota ,sin tapón en la ducha,sin aire acondicionado,la decoración muy antigua,es un hotel engañoso no tendría que tener 3 estrellas,a mí me cobraron el parking y me ponía en la reserva que tenía derecho al parking la escusa de la dueña que era un error de la página y me lo cobró después de estar enseñándole la reserva.Nos amenazó que si ella quería no aceptaba la reserva y que nos buscamos la vida con dos críos pequeños que íbamos Lo único bueno del hotel las vistas.Me despertaron para que pasara un operario a mirar la tapa del baño que les dije que estaba rota.En fin yo no iré nunca a este hotel para mí fue un timo y encima la dueña tiene respuesta para cualquier queja es de esas personas que te toma por tonto.
