The Hotel is beautiful and family friendly. We were in town for a family social event and really didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities that the hotel offered. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were very attentive and gracious. We would defiantly stay again!!

Typically stay at this hotel and have had no bad experiences, however, this time was different. My room was not cleaned properly and the staff at the restaurant wouldn't serve me food even though they advertised to have the kitchen open at the time I wanted to dine. Also, got hit with a surprise new parking fee for my car. Rooms Manager called me after I made a comment about the room being dirty and handled himself very well, and this is the only reason I will stay there again next time

Very poor cleanliness around the pool area outside the rooms on the porches behind the rooms spiderwebs ants garbage left over from the night before the staff in the dining room was questionable took too long for the food to come very very bad. Will never stay there again.

The hotels staff was very good except the kitchen manager Amber I think that was her name. Ahe was very rude since the day we got there. Got to the barand all my coworker asked for a cup of ice and she denied giving it to her as she said she only works in kitchen. On the last morning we were getting our breakfast we asked for the same breakfast we got and she said that was not able to be done as they only give one type of breakfast .when she brought me a coffe and told her i didnt want coffee and asked her for a coke she said well i will have to charge you like if i was not going to be able to pay. When i was talking to her she just turned and walked away. Will never stay there again.

Nice stay for a weekend

The room was large and clean, beds are more firm than soft but comfortable. The room had a musty, mildewy smell, but after a few hours and some lysol the room smell was tolerable but may have caused my family member's allergies to kick in. Evening front desk was nice and friendly, day staff was more matter of fact. They charge for parking and was not given a riverview as I had booked online for the following day. There is a balcony, but not a private balcony, other rooms have access to the balcony, and it wraps around the hotel, which is very nice, but again no privacy on the balcony. There are 2 pools, and that was nice, with towels available near the pool. I did not realize how deep the pool was until got in. There is only 1 section that has listed as 8 feet so if you are not looking at all sides of the pool you may end up in the deep side without knowing.
